Workplace inclusion and culture are not conducive for LGBTQ. Management. Presidium brushed under the table LGBTQ/Woman inappropriate jokes. Management falsified SOP information. Allowed an employee to continue to work for the company after LGBTQ jokes were spoken harshly.

Do not move here. Not enough manpower to fix problems they currently have.

knew of my move in date 6 weeks in advance. when I got there the unit was unlocked and the condition of it was horrible! dirty, musty smell, roaches everywhere, ***** droppings, chipped paint, peeling and ***** counter tops. While standing in the unit, maintenance asked me "what's wrong with it?". was asked to push move in date back a week.10 days later I got keys and the only thing fixed was the droppings and chipping paint. there was possible mold/water damage above the shower head and a hole forming in the ceiling in the restroom. later that evening a lady came to clean my baseboards and said she couldn't get all the dirt because it looked painted over or was too hard to get so she covered some with caulking. She also said it was easier for me to cover the gaps in the ceilings where the roaches were coming in myself rather than waiting for maintenance to do it. at a later date, I called to ask if pest control had been done and was told "be patient" and to cover the gaps in the ceiling with trash bags until it could be addressed.I still cannot move in due to the conditions
