  Worst Pest control ever. I was approached by a salesman that said he was one of the owners. I have to say he is a good salesman. He kept at me for several days making promises of a pest free home. As a new owner I decided to go with them, Ecoshield Pest Solutions Dallas, LLC Even though they were more expensive than who I planned to go with. He kept telling me they could get rid of pest and the other company couldn't. More Lies. I tried to cancel after the first treatment but they said I should be patient. I asked for them to come back out and even though he said yes they strung me along till it was time for another treatment. After that didn't work and I tried to cancel they discounted price and then threatened me with an early termination fee of $250. Reluctantly I took discount and gave them another chance which again did not help with getting rid of pests even after a touchup. Ridiculous to charge $250 for breaking a contract when in fact they can't live up to the promises. They keep saying the next treatment will work. I'm done! Going to another Company that like many around here have no early termination fees. Which is the way it should be. Apparently you need a contract with Ecoshield Pest Solutions Dallas, LLC! So you think you are locked in for a year even if they ****.

  ******* was friendly and professional. Hand treated over 2 acres , removed wasp nets, cleaned screens on porch, removed spider webs in all the eves, porch and put out sticky paper. He did a great job. I'm looking forward to my pool not having so many bugs in the baskets!

  DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!! Everything has been horrible since day one. First of all it took them 3 trips on 3 different days to complete my first service, Second of all, the sales *** opened a drink inside my garage and he spilled the drink all over my car and all i got from him was a "Im sorry" with no intentions of helping to clean it. Third, i was givin 2 scheduled times for them to service the inside of my home witch i took both days off of work and they never showed up. After that I canceled any future services with them, and since the ***** REPT SIGNED OFF THE AGREEMENT HIM SELF WITH OUT MY CONSENT, they wanted me to pay for a supposedly final service they did, witch it never happened because no one ever went to my house. Sadly after i spoke with someone over the phone and they said they werent going to charge me because they understood the situation they had put me through, months later they send me to collections! AVOID DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM AT ALL COST, ITS A FRAUDULENT COMPANY!I have tried sending email to fix the problem and no one has responded.

  Horrible. Horrible. Horrible. Stay as far away from this company as possible.Hard sell in the evening when I had company in town. I told both guys that they had one opportunity to "get this right" or I would cancel in a second--I had no time for games, and I had no issues with my current pest control service. They did not show up during the window of time they provided after I told them that I would be taking my out-of-town visitor to sight see over an hour away and needed to plan my day accordingly. When I called 2 hours after the latest time of the window they were to come, they promised they would be there in 15 minutes "the day got away from them" and I said don't bother coming, they lost their chance, and that was not good enough, they should have called. My patience had run out and they still came and sprayed the outside of my house. As soon as they sprayed the outside of my house, they charged my card and claimed they MUST complete the job by spraying the interior of my home which was a joke in and of itself. I cancelled in writing the 3rd business day per my contract and have been harassed endlessly since then, billed for some service not provided and even sent to collections at this point. All documentation has been submitted multiple times TO Ecoshield and now I have submitted all documentation to the collection's agency. Ecoshield harasses endlessly and refuses to abide by their own contract. It's shameful. For your own sake, do NOT sign up for their services. They claim to have a 5-star rating, but it's all for show. As an added side note they do not even show up to your house in a company vehicle--it's a plain pedestrian car and the driver drops off the employees, and then picks them up when the job is "complete".

  Sales guy talked me into signing up if hed cancel my current pest *** and pay the cancellation fee. He did not follow through. Ended up paying two different companies for pest services. Once I realized it wasnt canceled, I called EcoShield customer service- its outsourced of course. Spent probably a cumulative 3 hours on the phone calling back and waiting on hold several times over a couple weeks. Their script is repetitive, with no help. They claimed they were not able to cancel other subscriptions nor were they authorized to pay a cancellation fee. Talked to 3 managers none could help. Ended up canceling EcoShield out of frustration with the process. They also wouldnt let me out of their cancellation fee even though they didnt hold up their end of the original agreement to cancel my previous subscription. Whole thing was a waste of time and money. Was also unimpressed by their services. Interior treatment consisted of someone using a spray can on the windows and doors.

  Would give them a 0 stars if I could. Sold us at the door with the "you can cancel anytime" and then sent an email stating otherwise. Didn't catch it in time. We had problems from day 1, they NEVER took care of the initial problem we were having. Their customer service is rude and does not help. I plan to warn every review site possible to hopefully save someone from the issues we had!

  Scam! This is a company that uses bait and switch tactics. I was told by the salesperson that the plan is quarterly and I could cancel at anytime at no additional cost. I received a text that said the plan was bimonthly. When I asked the salesman he said it would change to quarterly after I received my first treatment and the free follow-up egg cycle treatment in two weeks. When they charged me for the egg cycle treatment I tried to cancel. This is when the representative tried to give me a one time discount. When I said no, he then tried to give me a monthly discount, I again said no, and he offered me a lifetime discount. I refuse to use a pest control service that uses such shady business tactics. They guaranteed to rid my yard of wasps. Wasps returned after a week of being serviced. They claim this is the egg cycle, contradicting their guarantee. The company is now trying to charge me a $150 cancellation fee which I will dispute as fraud. Theyve already charged me $300 for the initial treatment and what was supposed to be a free egg cycle follow up. Do not fall for this companys schemes.

  It's a scam they don't do any of the stuff they promis to do and are a complete azz if you try to cancel, worst pest company I've ever come across DO NOT BUY . Total scam company

  Worst Service, i had more pests and insects in the house after they had finished, Its a complete scam
