      On 30 Nov 2023, I e-mailed 5miles <**********************************> in reference to *********************************** for an Amazon Gift Card because I had not received my Amazon gift Code for $10.00 e-mailed to **** was assigned Ticket# ******. The issue was being worked on. Now we are in the month of February 2024 and there's been no resolution. I keep getting different Work Order# everytime I send a F/U complaint e-mail but still no actions taken by the Customer Support Team. A person by the name of ******* has had me waiting forever and states she will keep Ticket# ****** opened until resolved. There's never any specific stated as to how much longer will it take for me to get the Amazon $10.00 Gift Code. There have been many complaints submitted to 5miles sCustomer Support time in reference to the same incident. I would appreciate if I could obtain the Amazon gift Certificate code. Reward points take a long time to accumulate and I wish we all who participate earning reward points would get what we asked for instead of being ignored.       5Miles app has a daily check in, where everyday you check in, you acquire a certain amount of coins, and when you have enough coins, you can exchange them for gift cards.Ive completed it before and redeemed my coins and got my gift card within a week like they say, but its been over three weeks and I cant get a response back from anyone in the company about what is going on with my gift card.Ive read a lot of reviews and a lot of people are complaining that they are getting scammed out of all of their gift card points as well.I contacted them a few days ago once again, and still have not ever gotten. No response back.

      I redeemed my points for a $5 gift card from Amazon on the 5miles app in November. First they were "out of stock" then it was "on its way" months later I don't have the card and I'm still contacting them only to be ignored. I just want my gift card per their promise.

      1st time - I do not have documentation of, most likely between 7-10 months ago..2nd time - Nov. 23, 2023 is when I reported the issue to them. And I have been following up and getting no response. They do not pay out gift cards, points, etc. I have informed them they owe me from Nov (I am not even counting the first issue) and to pay out my remaining points on a gift card so I can close my account! ZERO RESPONSE since Dec. 9th!!!!! I have the email thread if you need that.

      They are unresponsive after I earned and tried to redeem $5 gift card. At first responded lying saying it was coming, late. Eventually 30 tickets I submitted later, they refuse to respond. It took over a year to earn. How ridiculous.

      5miles app has a coin redeem rewards program where you redeem coins for gift cards and the gift card is sent via email within 48 hours. I redeemed my ***** coins for a $5 Amazon gift card on November 29,2023 after several emails to 5miles I still have not received the gift card its 12/11/2023 today.

      I traded in ***** coins on this app to get a $5 Amazon gift card and they wont send it or reply to my numerous emails. Supposed to take 48 hours and I have received nothing. They have many many people in their join the community section saying they have waited months and 5miles isnt responding to any of us via email. Its been almost a week now and I havent received my gift card. People are talking of a class action, thats how bad this company is for not sending what they owe to people. It takes months to earn enough coins to trade for a gift card and they took them immediately but wont send what you earn.

      5miles advertises that they give Amazon (etc) gift cards when you trade in coins that youve collected, but they do not. They used to, but they have now stopped but yet havent taken that advertisement down. I traded in my coins for a $5 Amazon gift card many months ago and they never sent it to me. I have contacted customer service many times about it. They either dont respond at all or they respond with a different nonsensical excuse every time. In my last email I told them I was going to report them to BBB and they stopped replying completely. This is false advertising and fraud. This company/app needs to be stopped. People are wasting lots of time and money on it. I want my $5 Amazon gift card and I want them to stop advertising that they give out gift cards in exchange for coins when they do not.

      I redeemed my ***** points two months ago on my 5miles app for a $5 Amazon gift card code and they are refusing to send it to me and they are avoiding my emails to complain about this matter,so if you could step in and help me out with this I would appreciate it because its not right what 5miles is doing

      For over a month, I had redeemed my coins for a $10 Amazon gift card & never received it. I had been contact with a rep named ************* seemed helpful, but she has stopped responding to my emails to help rectify this issue. Til this day, I still haven't received my gift card, I was willing to show that my last recent gift card but still no response til this day. I would like to get my $10 gift card with additional money to it for the ********************** that I am enduring.
