Don't waste your time or money. The website is full of scam artist. As long as they are apparently nice; they get to stay. However, they will remove your profile and say that you violated standards, but refused to say why? They right up there with TikTok for CustomerService.Review from nellie s

Worthless dating app in the world... they take your money and overcharged people for free dating app then freeze your account over bs rule ive sent 5 mails which they don't answer then I send a message on ****** play telling someone my issues but overlooked again as for 2024 this is the worse dating app ever I haven't used many but this one ***** ***** and it should be removed off all platforms because they are all bots and money hungry people trying keep there lights on at the end of the day... im not letting them scam anyone else so this is my way doing thatReview from Sonja B

I signed up and decided to pay the premium membership fee of $29.99 a month. I kid you not, no more than five minutes after I paid the money, they shut down my account, supposedly for violations of terms like what? I was only on there a maximum of 30 min!!!!!!! Of course, no refund available. Rest assured Ill be going thru my bank. I filled out several contact forms and they just ignore them. If I could give zero stars, I would. This dating site has nothing but fake profiles, and the support staff does NOTHING at all about them. There are some real people, but they probably dont want to take a chance anymore because theyre wary about any, and all profiles on the site. Nobody is happy using the site because of all the fake profiles. This dating site should be run into the ground. I will never use it again.Review from Larry Y

Charge my discover card $59.00 that I never authorized such a charge.I have noticed thru reading other reviews seems the exact same is happening to others that posted here as well.I tried to cancel my membership months ago and thought that it was,but out of the Blue I got charged this morning.Review from Steph M

If I could give this company a negative review and zero stars I would. Not only will they not give you a valid and detailed explanation as to why your account is continually being blocked and deleted from their system, they are informing people that they are violating their community policies. This is a blanket technique to cover up the lack of properly trained people who are able to assist potential users and reoccurring users with their issues. I see below that others are having issues with romance scammers and fake profiles which appear to be bots. This is completely true and when you have reported those to their team of individuals on their technical team and the reports are held against the user reporting them.Review from Robert S
