      First off this is the second time I've had dealt with this business the first time they were selling a F250 with hail damage I was interested I made the deal signed the papers as I was going out to leave and the sales manager stoped me and took the keys... he said the deal was off because they put money in the truck and I had to pay the difference I refused. they decided to make a deal to and replace the 250 with a brand new F150 I took that deal terrible experience.... Now they send me a email they want to buy back that 18 the salesman told me many different deals not showing why the payment breakdown and ended up making a deal they sent me the link to e-sign then canceled the deal saying it was a conditional deal and they wanted more money down....I will never go there and never recommend this dealership to anyone... they are a disappointment to the ford community.... And they need to be looked at very closely by the upper management of ford....EXTREMELY TERRIBLE DO BETTER FORD !!!

      The amount of disrespect I have felt while trying to deal with a possible fraud case, accidental or intentional, is beyond me really. After finance manager admitted refund from 2.5 years ago was never issued the GM, sales manager, finance manager, accounting manager, director of HR all ignored multiple phone calls, voice messages, text messages and emails. Only after I posted on their Facebook page questioning if they were practicing fraud did I receive a phone call. And then I felt even more disrespected. I even had reached out to corporate who said they would have GM contact me which did not happen.

      Since I purchased my truck, dealing with Five Star customer sales and the service departments has been a **** show. We purchased a BRAND NEW 2021 F350. In the purchase agreement they were to install a spray in bed liner and also replace the dash as it had a puncture in it before purchase. After waiting several weeks we finally had an appointment scheduled and dropped off the truck. I waited over a week and no response or update on my vehicle. I called to get an update and apparently they still had not completed either of the tasks. So I stated WHY have an appointment? I needed the truck to haul horses and they were still telling me it wasn't ready a week later? After calling several times to finally get an update I was then informed they were delivering it to my house. They did not even give me the option to pick my truck up, or inspect the work. Of course when the tech arrived it was not completed to our satisfaction. Sloppy work. In my brand new spray in bed liner someone left a now Rusty razor blade. And DIDNOT replace the dash. It looked like a "liquid bandaid" repair which is NOT what we agreed on. I was then informed Ford would not replace the dash and that was the beat they could do. But instead of communicating that ahead of time they tried to deceive us. Since the dash was not replaced we agreed upon additional services to protect the integrity of the dash. They paid for the tint on the truck which we took elsewhere as we now did not believe they were competent to complete a job. But I did have to bring the truck back again to have the inside coated with a spray ceramic for protection. We had seat covers in the back seat and I ASKED the manager do I need to remove these myself? He said NO we can do it. Well pick up the truck again and they did NOT remove the back seat covers they applied it on TOP of the seat covers. My truck threw a code and someone came out to my house. I was told they would order a part. Two weeks later I call as I still have not received a call from them that the part was in. I was then told oh you have to bring the truck back in and we have to scan it here. So now I bring the truck in for a THIRD time. What was supposed to be a two hour drop off turned into an overnight drop off. They said they were able to fix the issue without having to order a part. I asked if they could do the back seats they still owed us. The service manager said he personally removed the seat covers on the back seats and they completed the service. I pick up my truck pretty happy yes finally done won't have to come here again. I get half way home (I live 45 min from the service center and I've had to come and go from here multiple times it's not a short trip also has tolls so can be expensive) and so half way home and the TIRES throw a code. It's saying fronts (80psi) back (60psi) which is supposed to be flipped. I pull over call the service manager he informed me they rotated the tires and that the techs probably didn't recalibrate the sensors. So I now make an additional stop at discount tire. They were very kind and recalibrated them for me but still showing code and we take over to the air pump. It was correct the FRONTS DID have (80psi) and the backs DID have (60psi). So yes they rotated the tires but didn't even take the time to correct the pressures???? This morning my husband goes and looks at the truck as he is taking it today and asked how well I inspected the work. I said I saw seat covers on the floor board but I didn't look. WELL here we go again. They only removed the bottom seat cover and not even the tops. So here we go receiving half *** work again and was told they did one thing and it STILL not be right. We are totally over FIVE Star Ford in Dallas and only give ONE Star as the quality of service from both sales and service have been nothing but a headache. I purchased the truck in late APRIL 2021 and as of today Late August these are all the issues I've had.
