      I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the customer service I received at ********************** dealership recently.On May 1st, I brought my car in for service, including multiple points like state inspection, oil change, and tire rotation. Despite this, when I went to check out after a two-hour wait, I was surprised to learn that the requested service had not been completed. The service advisor, *******, mentioned that the inspection was not done due to windshield wipers. However, I knew this was not accurate as my wipers were recently replaced and in good condition.*******'s explanations seemed inconsistent, and when I requested to speak with the manager, ******, his demeanor was unprofessional and disrespectful. I was not provided with any documentation outlining the work that was supposed to be done, and despite numerous attempts over seven days, I struggled to get a response from the dealership.When I finally spoke with the general manager, he seemed defensive and dismissive of my concerns, choosing to believe the inaccurate explanations provided by his employees. Despite my frustration, I chose not to escalate the situation further, even though I have experienced inappropriate behavior from ******* on multiple occasions.I am deeply disappointed by the lack of professionalism and accountability displayed by the staff and management at the dealership. My intention in contacting them was to address the mishandling of my situation, not to be treated as dishonest. Despite being charged, my car was not serviced as requested. They claim my car failed inspection, yet they failed to provide the inspection report or charge me for it. Furthermore, they claimed to have rotated my tires, but the same tire remains in the front, indicating that the work was not carried out as promised. I left the dealership not knowing if my brakes were safe or not.Looking ahead, I sincerely hope there's improvement in both customer service and communication at **********************.

      Caveat Emptor! I had a scheduled appointment for a routine oil change on my 2021 Toyota Highlander that I have been doing every **** miles at Cowboy Toyota for the last 3 years. From my previous oil change experiences at this dealership it would normally take about an hour *** but on this most recent occasion it took over 2+ hours, not only is this ridiculous since an average oil change takes ***** minutes but no explanation or apology from the service rep or service manager. To make matters worse, less than 2 days after my oil change that took well over 2+ hours my AC is now not working and I am hearing a hissing noise inside my vehicle either due to a leaking hose or loose gasket. I dont have physical proof that my vehicle was intentionally manipulated but neither do I believe it to be a coincidence. Its a money grab! I was a loyal customer with this service department for several years and with multiple vehicles but I will be for sure to be taking my business elsewhere from now on, as they are not to be trusted.

      We regret that ****************** had such a long wait during his visit last Saturday, we were experiencing an extrordinarily heavy work load and attempted to get everyone done as soon as possible. As to the problem that occurred with his A/C unit, there is nothing near where we work to change the oil that would in anyway affect the A/C. I understand his frustration when things break on our vehicles but it had nothing to do with his oil change. We remain available for him and all of our long time customers for whatever their needs may be.

      Selling parts they don't have traveled from almost 2hrs to find out they don't have ask to pre pay. Once the get the part is not want you need them getting another one it's the wrong side. Then finally they got it. They can't return it money have to wait 3-5days. And have me pay for the part(single) 3x. And if you ask questions manager has attitude and answer you back with whatever.. Got to have alot of patience

      Very unprofessional. I bought a used car that the check engine light kept coming on. I have tried to contact them and they have not returned my calls.

      we have been working with Mr. ***** on his vehicle and have replaced a purge valve and changed out the charcoal cannister...He was still having a light come on and we agreed to address it after the holidays. I have not been able to reach Mr. ***** and have not herard from him however schedules have been hectic. We are happy to try to resolve this issue and will continue to try to reach him and get the truck in so we can resolve the issue.

      The service department at Cowboy Toyota had not reached out to me. They are remaining unprofessional and ignoring my calls hoping I will go away and the guarantee on the work they did do, will expire. This is the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I will not recommend anybody to this dealership and will not buy another vehicle from them.

      If I could give a no-star rating I would. These people only care about roping you in and then ripping you off. It is such a shame. They really do everything they can to fulfill the cynical public opinion that dealerships are there to rip you off.

      We have spoken with Ms. **********, and she is bringing her vehicle in for us to assist her Monday May 23rd as she is unavailable this week. We are here for all of our guests and in these busy times will do our best to get to everyone in a timely fashion. We do our best to give our customers the value and service they've come to expect from Cowboy Toyota and will continue to do so..

      I spoke at length over the phone with the customer care executive and look forward to meeting him in person when I bring in my car for repair on Monday, May 23. In my phone call, I detailed everything that had happened to me so he could understand my justified frustration and humiliation at the demonstrated lack of concern as i was trying to drive in my crippled Toyota on Friday the 13th. I am optimistic that my detailed after action report will provide this executive the information he needs to repair both the car and the customer relationship.

      I went in to have my car serviced and everything (car and customer relations was restored). Strangely, they saw the engine check light on just as I did, yet could no produce any code from the diagnostic tests. We chalked it up to a minor miracle. Most importantly, *** **** and *** ********* looked after me and restored my confidence in Cowboy Toyota. I think it was a bad Friday the 13th for that manager I spoke to (whoever he was) but we are as "right as rain" now. I wanted to report this back to BBB so other customers would know that they fixed the problem and repaired the relationship.

      Save your breath and postage about offering me the opportunity to purchase a new vehicle from Cowboy Toyota. Their service dept. STINKS! After 2 visits and 3 calls to Cowboy Toyota to get a warranty on peeling paint, a period of 2 months that passed before I got even as much as a scheduled appointment. Left my car for 5 days and presto it was done. Yea, the hood was painted but the crapp from the leftover paint residue was left on my car. Service dept. didn't even care to clean up their own mess!! I had hoped they would at least wash off a part of the mess on my car since every time previously I washed it more paint peeled off. Another visit to the dealership to show them how wonderful-NOT their service was. Service Manager passed the whole thing off to service dept. rep, who looked at the situation and asked me WHY would he want to do anything other than paint the hood. CUSTOMER SERVICE. BUY A SWELL at least they know what customer service is. And what's even better is the bad reviews don't go anywhere when you try to submit one online
