Terrible Experience. DO NOT USE THEM FOR YOUR MOVE! The moving company damaged some of our valuable items(Fridge & Sofa) and then refused to fix or reimburse us for the fridge damaged even with the best replacement coverage. The claim manager(Millisa) was rude, unprofessional and not helpful at all. I showed her several pictures of the damage but she kept claiming that the damage to our fridge was there all along. She kept showing us the scratch on the door when this damage was not a scratch, in fact it is a black dent in the bottom drawer and on a different spot. She did not want to speak on the phone to hear my explanation and didn't care about our ordeal. She used bogus move out form to decline our claim. She acted like a judge & a jury. I could not talk to anyone about her handling our claim. She was the end authority according to her. Very disappointed, only used them because of my company recommended them!

The existing damage to the refrigerator was noted on the inventory at the time of pickup. The damage claimed at destination was in the same location as noted at origin. The photo documentation provided by the customer confirmed what had been noted on the paperwork, so the claim was denied. We provided claim escalation information to the shipper, so that, he/she would have recourse should he/she disagree with the settlement.Customer Response

That is 100% inaccurate statement by the claim manager. I can share my emails and photos to prove that it is NOT a scratch on the top right front door or the middle drawer i am arguing about. It is the bottom pull out drawer which was damaged/dinged by this company's movers. I showed it to the movers when they dropped it off as well. They are not willing to accept this damage and continue to go back the top door or middle scratch which they initially listed when we made our first move. Very disappointing when 1 person continues to deny the fact and keep reasoning about the wrong thing!
