  I don't know how anyone can use this service. Just getting credentials verified is stupid. I have uploaded all my titers - mmr, vzv and tb quantiferon and have been emailed with "invalid" documentation. As a healthcare worker, the labs are loud and clear so whomever is reviewing these documents, I don't know if they are nurses or idiots because my lab results are clear as day. It's nearly impossible to get anyone on the phone and online to chat. "Your estimated wait time is 2 minutes." Yeah right. You're still waiting and its been 10 minutes. C*** customer service and incompetent staffing.

  Disappointed After 200+ Shifts Ive worked over 200 shifts with ShiftKey and never had an issueuntil now. My account was suspended with no explanation. Whats worse is the complete lack of support. You cant reach anyoneno live ***** no helpful account managers, just automated responses and bots. Its 2025, and somehow ShiftKey still doesnt offer basic human support for its contractors. Were the ones showing up to help understaffed facilities, and this is how were treated? ShiftKey does not value the professionals that keep their platform running. Disappointed is an understatement. STAY AWAY FROM SHIFTKEY!!!! Wish I could give ZERO stars!!

  They won't pay you the way their platform promises, I have never had an on time payment from them and I pay extra for direct to debit which is an instant payout.

  If I could give no stars and leave this review I would. After reading I see paying people is a problem you all have to which lawsuits will be coming. First they don’t have a call number or a way to speak with an actual human. It’s either all A.I or the people they have responding to the messages aren’t smart nor want to actually help the customer. Saturday did a shift and it’s not Thursday and guess what still not paid. They keep saying 24 to 72 hours well we’re at 116 hours of waiting and I read somewhere else another lady has and is waiting for payment from April. Not only am I going to be writing on here multiple times. I’m contacting my state general and government in the hopes to get this shady app that is embezzling funds from the employees shut down or at minimum blocked and all future name changes from my state. If you can’t practice good business maybe you shouldn’t be doing it. Will be again finding multiple ways to get a class action suit against this business as well as getting it blocked and banned from michigan. DO NOT USE THEIR APP.

  They get no stars Shiftkey is horrible, there is no communication between the facility and the agency, they do not have your back and they are the most horrible platform do not set yourself up you want to work do not choose them you will end up in a jam and they will play you even if you worked or not the company is a scam

  ?????Nurses, beware you may not get paid on time.I verified my Instant Pay setup with two different ShiftKey agents before working my first shift. Both confirmed everything was ready. No one mentioned that my debit card needed to remain unlocked, which caused my first payment to be blocked.I unlocked my card immediately and it has stayed unlocked. I received my second payment instantly, but after my third shift, I havent been paidand once again, theyre trying to claim my card is locked, which is absolutely false.Ive been texting their help desk since shortly after 3:00 p.m. Its now 6:06 p.m., and after 2.5 hours, they still say they cant reach payroll. There is no phone number to contact anyone directly, and the help desk gives scripted, generic replies with no escalation process.They originally told me Id be paid within 4872 hours. That was four days ago, and now Im being told it could take up to 120 hours. I no longer trust what theyre sayingbecause Ive already been misled.After reading the ****** reviews, I saw that this is not an isolated issue. One nurse wrote that she waited 480+ hours after being told she'd be paid in 72. This issue has been ongoing for years, and ShiftKey still hasn't fixed it.This is a multi-million dollar company that is not paying its nurses. They:Fail to disclose key Instant Pay requirements Routinely delay payments without explanation Offer no live support or accountability Blame nurses instead of owning their internal problems If you're considering working for ShiftKeydont. Nurses show up and do our jobs. ShiftKey needs to do theirs: pay on time, every time..

  I was scheduled to work a 8 hr shift at a facility. Before arriving to the facility, they canceled my shift and informed shiftkey that I cancelled the shift. After canceling my shift, the facility called me back to work. I worked the remaining 6.5 hrs of the shift and contacted shiftkey to submit my invoice. I was informed that I needed to escalate the matter and I was provided with a case#. Well two weeks later, I havent received payment, no one has reached out to me, and I have contacted them several times. I have worked dozen of shifts over a few years and I have never had this problem. I am very disappointed that this has occurred and I will not work anymore shifts for shiftkey. I dont think anyone would like to work for free.

  Absolutely terrible the corporate office is no help the account manager is no help. My account has been suspended and i have no idea why but Im guessing because I supposed to work at a facility on Friday and they wanted me to do things beyond my scope of practice and I refused the assignment! I picked up over 150 shifts with shiftkey never had a problem! Shiftkey doesnt value their contractors at all and we go in the facilities to help and the facilities wonder why they dont have any staff! Never saw a company where there is no one you can talk to besides bots its 2025 all other companies have several departments and managers that you can talk too.

  I used ShiftKey to find work in the healthcare field, but their treatment of contractors is completely unfair and unprofessional. They suspended my account without warning, claiming I committed time fraud on two occasions - yet they never told me about these alleged violations when they supposedly happened. Instead, they blindsided me a year later, with no chance to review, correct, or even understand what I supposedly did wrong.When I asked for proof, they refused to provide any. Instead, they simply told me I shouldnt have lied - but how do they know it was intentional if they wont even show me what theyre accusing me of? I worked long, exhausting shifts, and if any errors happened, they were just that - mistakes, not fraud. But ShiftKey doesnt care. They cut off workers with zero transparency, a dysfunctional appeals process, no accountability, and clearly an incompetent team.They operate with countless independent contractors, yet they treat people as disposable. If you rely on ShiftKey for work, be warned: they can suspend you at any time, for any reason, without proof or a chance to defend yourself. You could lose access to jobs overnight with no explanation. Youll receive a blanket statement: you violated the terms and thats it. I have already reported this to the FTC.I highly DO NOT recommend working through ShiftKey unless youre okay with being treated like you dont matter. Their lack of transparency and disregard for their workers is unacceptable.

  So there was a shift posted from 7 AM to 3 PM at ************* on December 29, 2023. I picked the shift upat approximately 8:58 AM and when I arrive to the shift, the receptionist turned me around and told me that another Cna had already came so was no longer needed. ShiftKey did not send me my trouble pay, and then the *** lied and said I was a no call no show and that I came late, ShiftKey opened up eight cases I have still yet to be paid after I sent the proof of what time I picked up the shift and they have my location so they see that I did show up this goes against Their policy, will be reaching out to labor lawyers this is ridiculous!
