    I worked on June,15, 2025 at ********* and my app is out dated and it's asking for a paper work log I don't have. I'm wondering if I'm going to get paid for that shift.

    Shift Key suspended my app for a no call, no show however I filed an appeal & have not received anything back from Shift Key. I was in an auto accident after clocking out the morning of 4-25. The ** ** prescribed me a muscle relaxer that I took after work one morning. (I work night shift) This medication made me sleep through my alarm without waking, as soon as I did wake, I text the *** at the facility I typically worked at. I submitted this documentation to Shift Key, but they refuse to answer my appeal. I would like my app re-instated bc I missed a shift due to an automobile accident I was in.

    I have worked for shift key for 5 years. Im one of those nurses who should go to a facility for the first time and would end of getting as many shifts as I wanted. I would sometimes work 11 12hr shifts in a row 2 hours away from my home base. I have been put in the worst nursing situation imaginable. Working at terrible facilities wirh no protection form shift key.. I have made them so much money. My account was suspended over a tb skin test. They literally let people fail drug test and still come back and work. I have worked with staff from shift key they are always late or rude to patients but still get to work for them They pick and choose. The appeals process is a complete joke. You would think they would actually have a real conversation with you but they dont. Luckily every facility I worked for is allowing me to come on prn at the same rate I was being paid thru shift key. If your gonna treat us like employees at least take care of your hard working employees that line your pockets..

    I have worked several shift with this company and still have not been paid for these shifts despite contacting them several times. Nothing has been resolved and there is no contact number for the payment department.

    My name is ****** ****. I'm a Registered Nurse and I use Shiftkey Platform to obtain work. On the 17th of March 2025 I worked a twelve hour overnight shift. Expected to earn around ******. The instant payment instantly went through deposited into my "Shiftkey Wallet " and instantly withdrawn by Shiftkey. On the following shift at same facility on 19th March 2025 I expected to earn around ****** via instant payment into my "Shiftkey Wallet Account " again I received a payment of around ****** upon completing my twelve hour overnight shift. Within minutes this payment was deducted by Shiftkey leaving me around *****.Due to the prolonged period of time this wasn't addressed as promised in attached email and Wallet statements. It's currently April ******* and I still haven't been paid for my shift as a Registered Nurse independent Contractor. I've called, emailed Shiftkey about every two business days and have been told via shiftkey representatives on the phone as well as attached emails from ******* *. I'm facing eviction, and my car is going to be reposessed as a result if this "Mistake" which allegedly occurred on 21 March 2023. Again I was completely blindsided by this. I would like Shiftkey to compensate me as promised immediately. It's been well over seventy two hours. I'm physically sick over this ordeal. I was understand they made a "Mistake " yet after email and phone calls I'm getting nowhere with this Agency. Again I'm facing eviction and My car is going to be reposessed due to this unfortunate circumstances. I'm just tired of begging representatives of this agency over the phone for my pay. Only to be promised ***** business hours my pay will be deposited. This agency has also taken weeks to validate my VA background check. Of which I paid Shiftkey *****. I also had to physically obtain a.notary public. This greatly effects me financially as I currently reside in **. I received no advanced notifications that the above credential was due to expire

    This business hired me as a nurse to work per DIEM. I have bid on many shifts, but never get chosen to work. Not only that, but I never get notified of shifts that I don't get. I have contacted them via phone and text numerous times, >5 times. One rep. told me I may have an issue with my account, but this was never followed up on by the customer service. I don't know how this can be a legitimate business if they treat their nurses like this. All I wanted was a resolution so I can work, but I have not been able to due to extremely below average customer service.

    I signed up with this company with the exception I would get paid within 48 hours of picking up a shift..I have not gotten paid called every day keep getting told I'll get an email or call and nothing.i will never work for this company again but I want my money that I worked for

    On 3/17/25 i worked for shift key as a registered nurse. I usually get daily pay or two day paid. It's 3/23 and still waiting

    I have been trying to contact shift key for assistance with completing my profile. **************** has opened multiple escalations and I have not been contacted yet. They have not been responsive in driving a resolution to the issue and I remain in limbo waiting for a call back that doesn't seem to come.
