  I sought to take a class on project management and found the *** institute which touted a money back guarantee nothing about the test requiring documented experience to even be able to take the test it's prepping you for. I signed up on Sunday evening for the Monday evening class the next day to take advantage of the discount. My email confirmation receipt shows nothing about fine print of so called "guarantee" nor anything about the job experience required. I read my material and signed in to first class and the instructor reviewed the deep level of documentation we needed to put together and that if we didn't have it to reach out to an email address provided. I reached out and explained and showed the evening before and that I wouldn't be approved to take the test to please refund as it notes Money back guarantee. I was sent a seperate link when I reached out to cancel and request refund that was not in my receipt separate from main site saying you have to have failed the test that costs 400 each 4 times after the class and coursework were done and taken within a year. I explained that I couldn't even get approved for the test until I have 60 months of documented projects lead and didnt know as it isnt listed until the first day the instructor told us. I was told I could only freeze my account and sign up to take that class or another within one year as I didnt cancel 5 days before. I find this incredibly deceptive as the main site and my receipt don't tell me this at all. In one year I won't have 60 months to qualify for the test so I wouldn't even be able to try and take the test 4 times regardless. I feel very mislead.   The name that popped up for my complaint has confirmed to be a similar name but not the correct business.  How do we alter this and forward the same information directed to the company I did business with?
