Submitted an order on march 30th. Order #******. Said order would e processed in 1 to 3 days and set to be express shipped. When I check the status of my order it still says its being processed. Ive tried many times by phone, email, and ******** messenger even to contact them I. Regards to my order and so far have been completely ignored. On 3/15/25, I ordered 2 charcoal gel pillows from this store because it was the only place I could find them. To my surprise, the full payment has been deducted from my bank account, however the items have not been shipped. I have sent 3 messages requesting the status of the order. One of the messages promised a response within 24 hrs of the message being sent. I have had no response to any of the sent messages. I need the pillows as they are the only pillows I have found that allow me to sleep comfortably. Can you please help me? I have seen that you have been able to help other customers with similar issues with this company. I am very concerned that they already have $374.85 from me without providing the merchandise I ordered. Most companies wait to charge until the shipment is being made.Initial Complaint

I purchased 10 blankets and paid for the return option. When I received the blankets they were not the quality I was expecting. I immediately requested a return label. I sent emails almost every week since trying to get a response back from Linen Mart. They have never responded. I am looking to return and received $29.99 each for the full oversized blankets. I was willing to exchange but no answer on phone or emails. The blankets are too thin. My order #****** I asked for the return label several times within the return time period. I made a purchase through this company for new bedding. I placed the order on January 29th. To this date, I have not received shipping or tracking information. I placed the order around the 1st of December. I attempted to follow up by email in early January, but I did not receive a response. I got a notice from *****, and the label was created on Jan. 20. There has been no shipment since, and the ***** website does not show any shipment. I also do not receive a response to emails. The phone number I found is not working in **********.Customer Answer

I placed an order #****** according to your shipping policy the order should have shipped. When the item did not ship I have reached out twice through email and once on ********. Nothing has been responded to. I have since read reviews about this company and it seems that more often then not, people are being scammed or are not getting the product they bought. I am considering filing a claim with my bank but I am giving you guys a chance to resolve the issue. Ideally I would like a refund and cancellation of the order.
