      I opened the account on the December 26, 2023 and on the 2nd tried to reach out to cancel and I had no call back at all. Called on the January 3, ************************************************************ $32.65 and I am not using their product. They asked me why I was leaving and I did say the I cannot afford $32.65 a month and they said that they were sorry that I was leaving. They said that the refund had to be approved and i would get an answer in 1-2 business days. The answer was an insult of $1.00 they would not even refund the taxes that they took from me. I could see if I was deep into the subscription but I was not. I called and received no answer and now that I finally got someone to answer on the chat they are charging me and this is BS

      I dont recall signing up for this service and have been charged twice so far. I contacted the company for a refund and they declined my refund request because I communicated after the billing date. This is a predatory business practice, they offer no method to cancel orber than calling, just to be declined a refund. They are doing this with many other people, stay away from this business at all costs

      I am rejecting this response because:   

      I did not authorize or personally approve this transaction. I request to be refunded the entirety of what Ive been charged for so far. In addition it seems to be made purposefully difficult to get a refund, especially for a transaction someone didnt authorize. Customers have fo call just to be denied a refund because they waited until they got charged, but the thing is so many other people dont recall or didnt authorize you to take money which is an unacceptable business practice.

      I attempted to cancel this subscription and only was able to do so 1 day after I was charged. They refused to refund me even though it was shortly after I was charged. I want my money back! When I spoke to a customer service rep, they tried to convince me to keep the service at 50% off. I didn't want that. I just wanted to be refunded and to no longer be charged. I am sick of these dishonest businesses trying to scam and take advantage of people. GIVE ME BACK MY $30!

      My bank suggested I click a free credit report button on their site to receive my free credit report. After signing up I found the the report was not free. They wanted me to pay $1 now and $30 a month thereafter. This information was not available until I signed up. I chatted with the company and they said that they could not cancel my subscription. I had to call back at another time. I can not see how the BBB can give this company an A+ rating with all the complaints BBB has received. My understanding if you make a false claim, and know it was a false claim, it is fraud. A company that daily comments fraudulent claims deserves an F rating.

      I contacted ********** and told them to cancel my membership to their service because I no longer wished to be charged. They agreed, and sent me an email confrimation of the cancellation, But that very same day, they charged me yet again for another month of service which I specifically told them I did not want, and yet they disregarded what I told them and applied the charge to my bank account. I have email proof that they agreed to cancel my service but then deliberately did the exact opposite.

      Date of transaction: August 12, 2023.File complaint against Score Sense.I replied to an ad for an apartment listed on *********** The person replied to my email and asked for my phone number. The person and I conversed via text messages discussing the apartment. He, ***************************, sent me a link to get my credit score to qualify for the apartment. I used the link and it sent me to ScoreSense.com. Then downloaded the app. I saw the writing for the 7 day free trial, after which, charged $29.95. My Mastercard was immediately charged $1 as a fee for the service. After learning it was a scam, I reached out to Mastercard and closed my account. Reporting this to BBB

      I have reviewed the business response and accept this resolution. However, i will be monitoring my personal information, including Financials for any discrepancies and abnormalities that *** have been triggered by this scam I was susceptible in relation to Score Sense. BBB will be immediately notified if there is a future instance relating to this scam.

      Offered a $1 Credit Score with Affordable Housing Balancing my checkbook on 08/10.I have a charge pending for $29.95.I didnt know anything about a continuing charge every month!I have a Debt Consolidation and Credit Counseling, Overseeing.I had never opened or used their service as I did not even know I had it.Called today and was told theyd submit it for TEFUND.About 3 hours later I receive an email rejecting my request for refund!!This is not a business trying to helpits a business of obtaining money from people under false pretenses.Please make them refund my money!

      The last time the company contacted me was on 1 Aug 2023, at 5:50 AM, 6:16 AM, and twice at 7:58 AM.I get several e-mails from them a day. I have "unsubscribed" from them many times. I keep getting a note saying that my request has been received in the past 10 days, it is still being processed.This looks very suspicious to me because the internet address on the "unsubscribe" page is wheeltiefoot.com, and there are two addresses listed. One is Free Score360, ***********************************************************************. The other is Dream With Joy, ****************************************************.
