      I had surgery 11/01/2021 I sent in all my paperwork including a direct deposit form. My claim was not approved until February 15, 2022. Was told the checks were mailed out that day. I asked why wasn't the money direct deposit they stated they don't have that service but I was told to fax the form to them. So 6 weeks later & multiple call with no return calls finally they stop payment on the checks & reissued them on March 25, 2022. Today is April 13, 2022 & I have not received my checks yet. I called Broadspire on April 4th the operator said she would make my message high priority & I should get a call back within 24 to 48 hours and I did not. When I called this morning I was told my specialist was out of the office & my message would be sent to that specialists supervisor. I'm very disgusted with how things have been handled. I just want my payments!       I was injured by a volatile bus driver who probably wasn't even tested for drugs. I was verbally abused and she slammed the door on my ankle and stared in my face and was going to CONTINUE TO DRIVE WITH MY ANKLE CAUGHT IN DOOR STILL. I had to bang on door for her to release me which is how the side of my hand got swollen and my two fingers at the end were sprained, along with my ankle. She proceeded to try to leave AGAIN after she released door. I got back on bus and told her she wasn't going anywhere she injured me and committed a crime. I called 911 while she was calling me a ***** and another guy who witnessed this called her friend. It is UNBELIEVABLE THE CALLOUSNESS AND DISREGARD I RECEIVED. They took her word over mine, EVEN THOUGH SHE LIED. The only help/guidance I received was from the Capital Metro supervisor who acknowledged my injuries and took pictures of and instructed me to call in the morning into Cap Metro. I am seeking FAIR COMPENSATION, and I am still in PAIN.

Consumer Response /* (3000, 13, 2021/11/15) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) It's very concerning that this insurance company is NOT taking it seriously what happened to me and the fact that they're trying to have me absolve this woman's responsibility and she may even still be working for the company, I am not even certain about that. I requested a minimum of $3,000 and they are not willing to meet my demands they're not even willing to take this whole thing seriously or have any sort of compassion. None of this was my fault and none of this should have happened to me. It was INTENTIONAL AND NOT AND ACCIDENTAL. THIS COMPANY IS KNOWN FOR LOW BALLING AND SCREWING CONSUMER OVER.
