accident happened approx. 6:30 pm cst. on April 17th. I was parked at a pump at a gas station. Gainsco Insurance policy holder backed into my car. Called 911 police show up. no report they say it was on private property. Gainsco ***** say they are trying to get ahold of their policy holder and it's been over 50 days since it. They give me a run around. I've tried getting the footage from the gas stations cameras but I was literally a day late. because my car was at the shop and the body shop people were also getting the run around from Gainsco ***** ** car sat at the shop for 3 weeks. finally I had to go get it and wait on Gainsco to get ahold of their client. Gainsco says that he is a non-standard policy holder. So your telling me a person that is a non-standard holder pays higher premiums due to Accidents, dwi, ***22 and etc and didn't even call his insurance to tell them he was involved in an accident isn't gonna be held accountable for his actions. but I pay my standard insurance. I also called my insurance to let them know of what had happen has to pay for something I didn't do.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because: I feel like he needs to pay for my car repair. I feel I have done everything in my power to be a good person. I called my insurance. I called the police when it happened. but he hasnt even returned a phone call or email in regards to this. So I take it if you dont want to pay for damage you caused. All you have to do is just ignore anykind of responsibility of being adult and just keep s******* the system and people who work hard for the nice things they have in life. for an insurance company to literally admit they will pay for and then just keep delaying delaying delaying due to they are trying desperately to get ahold of there client. Does he even have insurance thru them anymore? I just feel like im butting my head against a concrete wall. I really dont know what else to do.

I canceled a policy with ****** on 5/5/25 and was told I would receive my refund in the amount of roughly $250 between 8-15 business days. Those days have passed and Ive called them several times and they keep telling me the check was mailed out on 5/8/25. I would have to wait until 5/30/25 if I dont receive it by then to call to back and wait another **************************************************************** a new one. I was in an automobile accident on 03/19/2025. I have an insurance policy with Gainsco Insurance and I have been struggling to have them provide to me accurate information about the claim the process and the funds owed to me. I have been attempting to reach the Insurance adjustor and he never calls me back nor Gainsco itself can provide me information about the claim or status. I had a bad experience when i recieved a check from the insurance company for collision in the amount of ****** and i took the check to my bank for deposit and it returned with a Stop payment notice from the insurance company. I called the insurance company trying to find out why these funds were stopped being that I was owed this money and they have no answer and state only the adjustor can tell me the reason about the stop payment, This company is giving me the run around and are not truthful in what is owed to me and also deducted funds from my bank account saying that the vehicle is a total loss and that I should not be receiving funds from them even though I paid for collision coverage. I am at a total loss monetarily and emotionally from this situation as Gainsco is not supporting me in any way and are very misleading. I am needing someone to help me find a resolution to this case as Gainsco is not willing to help. Their customer service team is very rude and condescending when you do speak to them.Business Response

I paid my premium for 3 vehicles. I had an accident back on Jan 24, 2025. I submitted my claim, the adjuster stated it was denied due to I didn't have the right insurance. I asked for a reimbursement if such the case, they denied it also. I've been back and forth between them and the agent. They've been blaming each other. As I stated I just wanted my vehicle fixed since I wasn't at fault.Business Response

on March 6th 2024, I was involved in a hit and run accident. I was rear ended by a car insured by Gainsco. As of today, March 24th, after multiple calls and voicemails from both myself and my insurance company, Gainsco has yet to answer or call back to get the claim filed with them started. I was insured with this company for about 6-8 months. I was in an accident that resulted in my vehicle being totaled (airs came out). After this happened the insurance company first refused to appraise my vehicle because I did not have collision coverage. Which collision coverage is to financially support after an accident. As an insurance company you have to assess the vehicle for damages and also at fault results. After fighting for an appraisal they finally got one. I contacted the appraisal company in which I have messages they said they sent the results to my insurance company. I have been waiting since October just for my insurance company to send me my total loss letter after multiple emails and phone calls. Even my insurance claims agent sent an email with me CCd requesting my total loss letter from her superiors and NOTHING. This has resulted in a MAJOR negative impact of my credit score. Due to me having gap insurance my loan of my car would be paid in full, but without the loss letter I can not file a gap insurance claim. Therefore for months on paper it looks as if Im willingly not paying my car note which has results so negatively in my credit score.Business Response
