We visited this hotel on Friday May 27, 2022. When we arrived the hotel room was dirty. It had fluid stains on the furniture, dirty bathtub and there was pubic hair and dirt in the sheets. I went to the office to request a new room and they changed our room to another room. Upon inspecting the new room we found the same issue with pubic hair and dirt in the sheets. Clearly they had not been changed from the last guest. I then went to the front desk and asked for a refund but was told that only the manager could issue a refund and they were not there to do so but that I could check out and call them the next day for a refund. I checked out, booked another hotel in the area and called the next day only to be told the manager was not there and to call back on Monday. I called Monday and was told that I would need to leave my information and the manager would call me back. I never received a call back so I reached out to ******, who we booked the hotel through. After 4 months of back and forth with ****** and the hotel, I was told yesterday 09-08-22 that ****** reached out to the hotel but the manager refused to give a refund because there was no evidence that the room was dirty and no record of it. I tried calling the hotel again only to be told I have to leave another message. I would like to be refunded for my stay since I did not stay there. I have attached receipts for the Quality Inn and the ************ that we had to book after checking out.
