I ordered one wrap headband (cognac), one open t-shirt turban (black), and one t-shirt bun (black) totaling $95 on 22 March 2025. I sent an email on 18 April 2025 to inquire about the status as my previous orders normally would have at least shipped by this time. I received an automated message proving me with a request number ***** stating my email will be responded to within 48 hours. I sent another email on 25 April 2025 requesting a response and advising I would take seek alternative actions to resolve the issue. I received a response from ******* *. on 16 May apologizing for the delayed response and stated my order is being processed and is scheduled to be shipped out the end of the following week. I sent a follow up email on 21 June 2025 stating I have not received any shipping notification nor the items I ordered. This time my email bounced back because the email address could not be found or is unable to receive email.Initial Complaint

I placed an order on April 23, 2025. One of my items was a pre-order with a 4 week wait, so I knew all my things would ship around May 21. That day came and went and I didnt hear anything. On May 31, I sent an email requesting an update. I didnt get a response. What I got was an email on June 5 stating that my order had shipped. Great. Well, its June 21 and I still have none of my purchase. I checked the tracking info and imagine my surprise when I see that it hasnt shipped at all. It says the shipment is being prepared. I tried to send several emails requesting an update, but they all came back saying that the YGN support email doesnt exist or is not available.Initial Complaint

Placed an order with this company for products for hair on Jan. ******* Received a confirmation email and order #. Then March 17, 2025. They emailed apologizing saying sorry for the delay we will send out part of your order while we wait for the rest. Nothing arrived. I emailed on May 30, 2025. I am submitting a formal complaint against You Go Natural regarding an online order I placed on April 26, 2025.I was charged for the order, but I never received the product. I made multiple attempts to contact the company, but all of my emails bounced back as undeliverable. To this day, I have not received a response, a refund, or the product I paid ****** is incredibly disappointing and unacceptable that a company is willing to take customers money and provide no communication or fulfillment in return. In January of 2025 I purchased items from this company and til this day I havent received anything. I received an email in April saying that I still will be receiving my order but they are behind on orders. I initially asked for a refund, but they indicated it would be hard to do that due to me needing to be transferred to another department that was having issues because of staffing. I then said that I would be fine with receiving the product if that was easier. I was promised my products would be shipping out soon and that was April. I can no longer check the status of my order via the shop app also. It only did I pay for product, I was charged $10 for shipping.Initial Complaint

I placed an order on 4/28/25 for 4 headbands and paid $40.90 with each headband at $9 each. I received my order on 5/28/25 and saw that I only received 3 instead of the 4 that I ordered and paid for. I emailed the business THAT DAY, and received an automated response, I emailed again on 6/4/25 and 6/16/25. When I emailed on 6/16 I got an automated email saying that the email I sent could not be delivered because the address could not be found or the receiver could not receive mail. On February 01, 2025, I placed an online order (order #****) with You Go Natural (YGN Accessories) and received an order confirmation email summary. I ordered 5 different hair wraps and paid the company $88.00. The transaction cleared my bank account and was posted on February 3rd. Six weeks later, on March 16th, I had not received my order or even a tracking number. I emailed the company requesting an update and received an automatic response email stating that my request (#*****) had been received and was being reviewed. I received an additional general customer service email on March 17th explaining that YGN had limited staffing but they were prioritizing my order and would send tracking details as soon as it shipped. On April 1st, ******* *. from YGN emailed me apologizing for the delay in shipping and responding. She further stated that my order was still being processed and estimated an ETA by the end of the week. I still hadn't received my order on May 7th so I sent another email to YGN requesting a refund. I received an automatic email response that day stating that my request (#*****) was received and being reviewed. There have been no additional follow-up emails. I have not received the items that I ordered and they have not issued a refund of my money. This company took my money, did not provide the products that I paid for, they lied about shipping them within a week, and now they will not communicate with me or return my money. Order #**** placed on 3/29/25. As of 6/22/25, no order has been received, and no communication has been sent by YGN. Emails have been sent to ********************************** AND ******************************* but zero response has been received. Placed my order with You Go Natural April 25. After not hearing back from the company regarding a shipping confirmation, I reached out May 5. I received a response that there was an extended shipping delay. Was told all but one of my items were available to ship so they would process my items and ship the remaining item when it became available. I reached out again May 16 because I had no shipping confirmation. No response. I reached out again May 23. No response. I filled out the form on their website requesting a refund. No response. June 5 I received a shipping notification. But the link is broken and now the website is down completely. I have still not received my items or a refund. If my items cannot be shipped, I would like a refund.
