I had an awesome experience with Prepared Place Funeral Home. **************** and his staff provided me with exceptional service. I am extremely pleased. **************** is highly skilled and knowledgeable in his profession. He gave me updates and checked in with me to make sure everything was to my liking. ***************** is a lovely lady who always greeted me with a smile and the receptionist is very polite and attentive and willing to help in any way possible. I would highly recommend Prepared Place Funeral Home to anyone looking for professional and exceptional funeral arrangements for their loved one. My father-in-law passed away at the end of January. We chose this funeral home as it was close to the VA hospital and within our budget. Well, you get what you pay for. The communication and customer service of this business is HORRIBLE. We provided what was needed for the death certificate NUMEROUS times and it was still submitted incorrectly and now almost 5 months after his death we are still waiting on the corrected certificate to come back. I know that is partially not their fault, but it should have been submitted correctly to begin with. I do NOT recommend this business to anyone.Prepared Place Funeral Home Response

It is during these times that life seems to take us by surprise, so we strive to render the most professional services despite the family's hardship. We did not have all the information needed during the intake process. We sent it to you the next day, and you asked for it other numerous times and you sent us one to look at before you submitted it to the state and it was incorrect and we gave you the corrections and you STILL submitted it wrong. We truly understand the frustration caused by errors that were made. It's important to our office when information is first received, it's to be accurate cause errors can and will happen. Due to office personal changing, we corrected this matter as soon as it was brought to our attention. Again, we strive to provide the highest and most professional experience to all our clients, especially when experiencing hardships. Furthermore, we apologize for any discrepancies.
