My mom passed back in Feb. We buried her at Lincoln. A cpl weeks after we were there choosing a headstone. We walked out to a area that had sample headstones, to show the young lady what we wanted. We trusted her to write up what we showed her.. paid the it off in a week $1600. The Sat. before Mother's Day I called to make sure it was put down. Got out there Sunday and was was so DISAPPOINTED at the size of the it! It looked like a stone for a child. So I contacted Lincoln to and talked to Jazmine - the lady that wrote everything up. She said she was new and didn't know it would be that small. She said she would talk with Mr. K**** to see what they could do. So after several calls to him and him being in a meeting ,Jazmine call and let me know that he( Mr. K****) said all we can do is pay another $1700 to get a larger stone. I can't get closure... My mama ment the world world to us... this wasn't our fault. I have since been contact with a Civil Attorney. If you have love ones out here.. Please check on them!

The granite memorial the family viewed was listed on General Price List, as we give every family so they can make an informed decision. On the contract is the size they ordered and paid for, I also told the family I would work with them on a new stone, it wouldn't be the size requested.
