      The company did my home foundation and issued a lifetime transferable warranty, I have some issues after nearly 2 years, and I have called claims phone number, and company phone number, and numbers are no longer valid

      On 07/26/2023 this company came out to do our foundation repair. The foundation is cracking tremendously and getting worse daily. We have contacted this company for 3 weeks everyday, we kept being told we would get a return call from ********* who handles the warranty. However, we received no return call. My husband started calling every hour and no one was never available to take his call. He called from a different number requesting new service, he was transferred to ********* finally and she hung up on him after he told her his name. I called myself from a different number to request new service and never received a phone call. They continue to screen the calls and its the same response everyday. "We will take your information and have ********* call you back". We need our foundation repaired immediately, this was a major expense

      In 2021, this company did foundation repairs on my grandparents house that came with a lifetime warranty. In the summer of 2024, it was noticed that doors would not shut without force and there were cracks forming in the walls. My grandparents do not navigate using the internet or technology well, so I offered to contact the company and find out how to get them back to their house to see if additional repairs were needed. I have since called them on 8/30, 9/30, 10/7, 10/14, and 10/16. Each time, I spoke with a receptionist who committed to having a supervisor return my call. My calls have NEVER been returned. On 10/16, I told the receptionist that we would move forward with filing a complaint with the AGs office. The receptionist provided me with the owners names which included ********* **********. That name is connected to several different company names including A-1 Foundation Repair Solutions and Foundation Repair Solutions. It appears this company is operating under different names to avoid being held responsible for failure to respond to customers and honor warranties. At this stage, we want a call back and the commitment to inspect the work already done.

      After they worked on the wrong house for half a day they filled in the holes and worked on our house next door. It has only been a few years and we have more cracks in our kitchen tile and doors that are hanging up on the floor. I have called numerous times over the past two months and have to leave a message with the ************************** ************** or get an operator ************** and get told that someone will call me back about our lifetime warranty. At one point they said they had the wrong phone number but corrected it so someone would call. They have not. Financing was done through ServiceFinanceCompany so we have no leverage to force them to honor the warranty. I will never fall for outside financing again. It is a scam so A-1 gets their money and leaves the home owner with no way to demand the services that were garanteed. We just want our foundation fixed. Why do companies look to scam people and the only solution is to get an attorney involved? I guess that is our only option.

      Company Came out last year to home and supposedly fixed our foundation. We have multiple doors sticking, cracks, broken sprinklers, and can not get ahold of them. If you call in needing a repair they will not return a call. I had a neighbor call in as new work and they called within a few hours. They said they will send it to the correct man and never get a call back. I got ahold of the crew that did the work I think his name was ****** and he said he has no contact after being owed money. Looking into the company they have numerous complaints of no call backs, bad work and much more. I called the city and they did not pull a permit to do the work. We spenty alot of money to have our hiome repaired and after multiple attempts we want a refund before we seek damages elsewhere. The company appears to just take money and run, and they want to come out the next day to do the work and will rush through saying they will come back but will not ever come. Address is not real as I went up there and it is just a place they get mail sent to. I have had an engineer come out to the home with 4 other companies and all of them said the home needs to be redone. The engineer man came and said they did not install correctly and they have heard of the company and issues with them before. I spoke with the city and they are not even listed as a contractor. They just use subcontractors who were very polite and did work very hard. Only contact was the salesman who said he is no longer working there and some other man that was there for a few days when the work was being done. I tried the number for him and it was disconnected. ****** gave me his other number and name who was there. It was **** and I tried to call him but all he was able to say is he is not sure what is going on and could not provide me any information.

      I had my foundation leveled in November 2023. We have a spot that was filled with concrete that has raised an inch above of our floor in our living room. I have been calling for 4 months twice a day and Im not getting anyone to call me back. I have called the person that actually was over the work being done and nothing in return. I just want the problem fixed. **************** is really bad. We are getting told the same thing everyday. Also there were holes in our walls from the workers being here. Were told they would get fixed, nothing has happened.

      Contact phone number provided ************ Contract dated 3/21/24 for foundation repairs.Work was not done. Upfront deposit was not reimbursed.Contract allowed 3 days to cancel. Asked to cancel three business days later. No one will even answer my questions on if I can get a refund.

      I have called Foundation Repair Solutions every day for the last two weeks. I just want to transfer my warranty to the new owner of my house, however no one has ever returned any of my calls. The receptionist is polite and says she will mark the message as "urgent" or "priority" but I have yet to talk to anyone but her. In fact today I asked to talk to anyone at all and she said she was the only one there. The house is in escrow and the matter is daily becoming more pressing. This should be a simple matter to resolve...IF anyone would ever call me back.

      Purchased home in 2018 and refinanced in 2020 with transferable warranty for foundation. Noticed racks in walls and doors not closing. Contact information on warranty for Houston no longer current for the business. Located then in *******Called and left3 messages. Told each time that someone will call and each subsequent call after the first I was told my call was going to be expedited and I was assured someone was going to call by end of day. No return calls were received.On today 03/21/2024 I called and again and was told the same thing, no one available and some will return my call, call will be expedited. I asked for name and contact of person to file complaint and was told no one was available to provide the information.I need for them to follow u on their warranty before I seek services form another provider.

      agreement signed 09/17/2015 . lifetime foundation repair. we have tried contacting them every week for a month . they have not responded . this seems to be a requirement for getting service , getting the BBB involved . thanks for any help you can provide

      If they are no longer interested in honoring their warranty they can return my money so I can hire another company to fix the problem
