Business ProfileforGenerational Equity

I went to a seminar in *********** ******* and I was impressed with the speaker *******************. When the seminar was finished my son and I spoke with him individually. He then came out to my business and looked through my Quickbook reports - he stated that he could sell my business easilly and we talked about the profits Quickbooks showed. He told me I needed to give them $39,500.00 right away to start the selling of my business - I only had about $50,000.00 in my account at that time - He knew that because he looked at my cheking account balance thru Quickbooks - I was hesitant to proceed because it was alot of money but he kept telling me that I had a great small business and the profits showed was substantial. I handed him a check for $39,500.00. In the first 2 months is seemed to be going fine - I had emailed them every document they requested - I would not hear back from anyone for months after that - I kept begging for an advisor and no one would help me - I kept calling and then finally an advisor reached out to me - he would ask me for more documents which I submitted and then no response - I have not heard back from any person at Generational Equity since my last email back on 9-2023 - They took advantage of me and my small company promising me I could sell my business for a very reasonable price and yet no sale and no calls from Generational Equity. I HAVE PROOF OF EMAILS WITH LITTLE RESPONSE FROM THEM AND I HAVE SEVERAL EMAILS ASKING FOR ASSISTANCE MANY TIMES THROUGHTOUT THE PROCESS. PLEASE DO NOT USE GENERATIONAL EQUITY TO SELL YOUR BUSINESS OR LISTEN TO WHAT THEY HAVE TO SAY ABOUT YOUR BUSINESS AND WHAT THEY CAN DO TO SELL YOUR BUSINESS !!! I STILL HAVE NOTHING TO SHOW FOR THE $39,500.00 THAT I GAVE TO THEM IN 2021. I CAN PROOVE MY PROFITS HAVE INCREASED A GREAT DEAL SINCE 2021 AND YET NOTHING - NO CALLS FROM GENERATIONAL EQUITY !!! I AM IN THE PROCESS OF TRYING TO FIND AN ATTORNEY TO SEE WHAT I CAN DO ABOUT GETTING AT LEAST SOME OF MY MONEY BACK
