Match Group and their associated apps is banning users for no reason.I got banned and when i appealed, they denied to disclose the info.I am also a premium member who paid subscription fee.They are not refunding my subscription fee despite suspending my account.This is a total FRAUD I would say.Their CEO should be arrested for taking my money.Review from Abraham B

I was banned by this site for no reason- they did not contact me to review any potential compliants made about me. I know and am mindful of the sites terms and conditions, yet they just suspended my account. When I called to inquire about the suspension, they esentially stated that they had no information in regards to the suspension and could not get anyone to expalin the reasoning of the suspension. Normally I would just move onto a competiotor for services but it seems that they have bought up all the dating websites and have extended the suspension to those sites as well. Essentially Match owns the online dating market and dictates who can use the service and who cant. Its a shame that the policies and mangment of this company is beyond horriable.Review from David S

I was also banned from Hinge with no explanation or warning and clearly this has happened to a lot of other people. When i reached out for clarification from Hinge I got nothing of substance.Review from Jess L

I paid $15 only to find out I got zero likes and no matches. I went to delete my account and I couldn't even delete my account!!!! I did more research and apparently account got shadowbanned for no reason, but they still took my money. What a complete scam. Never ever using dating apps ever gone. ALL OF YOU ****. I have been unjustly banned on Hinge for almost 6 months now, I have been unable to contact customer service or get any explanation as to why my account was terminated. I also went ahead and filed an appeal and I was not contacted back. I had verified my identity on my account, proving that I am NOT A BOT. This company is EXTREMELY unprofessional, so many customers have been experiencing unjust bans like mine, and it is frustrating to not be heard.Review from Charlie D

Match.com and their subsidiaries such as ************** will ban you forever for no reason at all. If you file an appeal it WILL NOT be reviewed, instead boilerplate language will be issued. No reason/proof why the ban occurred will be provided. They will steal your information and money. I highly recommend users avoid this APP at all costs, this is clearly a scam with thousands of people reporting the same issues across numerous platforms.Review from Virginia W

****** banned me saying I vaiolated the user terms, i appealed they withheld the decision. I did nothing that I know of on my profile that would warrant or in messages to be banned. I want an explanation, apology and my banned revoked and also remembursement.Review from Gregory N

Their app Hinge uses bots to review all reports and reject all appeals. There is no one running the ship. My appeal was rejected in 12 seconds "by a team of human reviewers." I was banned, and they never told me why. No warning, nothing. I appealed it, citing that I never violated any policies (which I read carefully) - I've never even written a curse word, let alone anything inappropriate, on this app. No sexual innuendo, no abuse, not even edgy jokes, nothing.Then I got an email literally 12 seconds later saying my appeal was "carefully reviewed" and permanently rejected.Clearly this app allows certain users to "revenge report" with impunity. Then they just pass it along to move along, either by bot or a human not reading, just clicking. No respect for their users.Review from Jesus M

I love the hinge app but after owning the app for a long time I was banned for having a banned account even though I only had one account, I tried to appeal but it was rejected quickly. Then I sent a email out that I never got a response from. I go to their support page and there is no phone number to call support or chat line to talk to someone.Review from Tobias T

Terrible customer service, fake profiles etc. I havent had access to an account for over ONE YEAR!!! And I am still getting charged for a subscription. Emailed their support 2 Times and just get the same copy and paste response from them on how to go to my account section and cancel my subscription, or for IOS go to my subscriptions and cancel it that way! Like even a todler could understand that I DO NOT HAVE ACCESS TO MY ACCOUNT. Gave them the ending bit of my debit card and my full name and date of birth... Like how are you this dumb not to put 2 and 2 together that I no longer have access to my account?
