This company was suggested to me so I contacted a sales rep. **** lead me to believe it was a requirement to set up with them to do business with my client. I paid for the service to later find out that wasnt true very shortly after paying. I called to request a refund but they mentioned they had a no refund policy. Of course I wasn't happy to hear that and I had my suspicions on the sales team using that tactic to make a sale so I reported it to the manager. **** didnt seem to care one bit. She continued to tell me they have a no refund policy, making me believe she is well aware of their practices. I continued to work with the profile being that i paid for it and it is expensive and noticed some time later and they deleted all my work. **** erased my customers information off my profile and made my months of work useless which as anyone is aware can be detrimental to the progress of a small business. I contacted them and they told me the client erased my information. I am working closely with my client, who is the one who told me using them is not a requirement, and he informed me that was not true. Im looking for other small business to start a class action law suit against this company. Months of work and progress for a really large client loss because they were upset I complained to them about there bad business practices.
