    When I emailed 3 weeks after the expected ship date the owner **** called me and said he would show up to my house and fight me. Called me names and cursed at me non stop. He said he was canceling my order. Extremely hostile and rude.

    This is a 1000% lie. After the customer emailed us complaining about the delay with his order we canceled and refunded him.  The total was not $341.95. It was for $200 which were the remaining items. After I lost connection, he called back and said nobody cares, work harder then hung up. 

    this individual is no longer a costumer and is not welcome to shop with us anymore.

    I ordered a product and received the wrong size. Contacted the business and requested it be corrected. Owner was extremely rude and unprofessional during the exchange. There was no tag in the shirt when I received the product so the actual size couldn't be determined. I ordered a medium and received at least an XXL.     This costumer was refunded immediately. This complaint makes no sense.  The customer kept the shirt I sent and did not return it.  Therefore the customer received a free shirt and her money back. Please delete this complaint.

    I am rejecting this response because:  I did not receive a refund immediately...My original email was ignored for a couple of weeks and when I followed up all I got was a string of nasty emails. I only received a refund after filing a complaint with PayPal and the BBB. The complaints were filed after the string of nasty emails from the owner where he never offered a refund or to send the correct item. I didn't want a free shirt, I wanted the item I ordered to be sent in the correct size. 

    I also requested "No Further Contact with the Company", yet I had to block his number and emails from the continuing harassment. My husband had to block him from his email as well when he received the email below...the owner is just a pathetic small person. People should be aware of his tactics to ship sizes not ordered to get rid of his inventory and then harrass those who merely ask to receive the correct product. We were not alone...we have seen other complaints alleging similar problems. 

    Here is the last email we received...

    Give me a call if youre an actual man.  ************"

    The resolution we seek is to never have any further contact with the owner or the company. Thank you!

    So I made a purchase on HTFU website, 5 shirts. I got an email that one shirt was sold out in my size and that I would get a refund. Ok, no problem. That left me with 4 shirts. Well, once the order came, there were only 3 shirts in the package. Missing a red Street V shirt. I emailed the same address about the sold-out shirt. This was the email history-Me: I received my order and item ***************** Red is not in the package.I can do with a refund.Customer service:I remember that. I must have given you another shirt. Care to address that. Sincerely **** Me: Originally, I ordered 5 shirts. Got an email that the size XXL was not available and got a refund. So now I'm expecting 4 shirts. Delivery came and only got 3 in the package customer service: Ok your $18 red shirt will ship when I return to the office. customer service: My bad. $15 This was over a week ago and still have not received anything nor shipping information. And the customer service emails are signed by **** the owner

    I had ordered 3 items from this company back on 12/9/23. I received the package on 12/15/24 with only 1 of the 3 shirts I ordered. I emailed the merchant multiple times with no response. So I disputed the charge. He wants to try and message me after the dispute that he was about to send it...over a month later. My husband loved this brand. Extremely disappointed.

    I had reached out today on 6/4/2023 and asked questions about this companies products. Asking if they went a different direction or if they want a different market if people. Sinply because i preferred their older products. Well I received multiple calls today shortly after I received multiple messages about me being a moron and to go elsewhere to shop all because I asked what happened. At no point did I ever become rude or aggrevated. But yet the owner had now called me three times messaged me via text 6 times and has emailed me to the point where I had to block him. Not sure why I am being harassed and cursed out at simply because I asked the company about their most recent products. I honestly would prefer this company not reach back out to me as I will be never speaking to them again and probably going to the police after this as well. Plus removing all of their products out of my house.

    Because of the BBB and my complaint the owner of htfu is now blowing up my phone, sending me text message and nasty emails. All I wanted was to receive the product I paid for or be given a refund and now I'm being harassed, thank you so much BBB

    This order was placed 10/14/22 for 1 pair of leggings and 1 crop top. I have received the leggings but not the crop top it was done as 2 separate shipments. After monitoring tracking for 2-3 weeks I then reached out to the seller (htfu) and explained I still have not received my package. Seller responded 10/28 "apologies this has happened I will make sure you have your crop top in the mail today", great, 11/6 I still have not received my crop top so I sent another email asking for the tracking number so I could monitor. 10/29 I filed a claim with USPS for missing mail I received a response 11/28 USPS could not find my missing package. 11/13 I emailed htfu again, at this point I am getting very frustrated, seller responds "he works completely solo he will send out the crop top "today". It is 11/29/22 and still NO crop top that I paid for. I am beyond fed up I asked for a refund and got no response. I just want what I paid for or just refund the crop top. Can you help with this situation?? The order number is 24426 for a small red crop top that was $45.

    I placed my order on 7/6/22 and had a shipping date of 8/7/22. Then I was looking on the website and seen the shipping date changed to8/22/22. So I waited because I had a prior experience with **** that was no cordial. Well 8/22/22 came and no shipping confirmation, so I emailed and asked about the order and have not heard back since. Like I stated my last order was a bit taxing as he texted me than called me with a nasty attitude about me talking diwn to him in my email. I did no such thing as it's hard to convey expression s in text. Well I just at want my money back at this point.
