I signed up for a membership package on 12/23/2023 mi car got totaled out the following week due to a accident so I went online and canceled my membership so on 01/23/2024 I was charge $30 for February membership I called the establishment to inform them that I canceled the manager told me I would be refunded well I havent received a refund and when I call they dont answer the phone I even called corporate office in ***** all you get is a voicemail I left message havent received a call back They are bad to do business with they will still charge for monthly membership after have cancelled

Canceled membership in January still getting charged in April. No calls back when I go up there, no manager is ever on duty.

I had a similar situation as Temple J. Accused of scratching up my car myself. When I told the attendant I would take matters into my own hands, he told me to do what I wanted to do and walked off. Although I don't live on social security like Temple J does, I don't have money to throw away on getting my entire car repainted to rectify the situation that car spa caused. I'm not happy and I will be contacting headquarters when they open.

I used this car wash about a year ago never had any problems and was pleased with the results. I went to use this car wash and paid $13.00 for the Platinum wash, before leaving the car wash I noticed there was a lot of soap and water which some how came through my window, I cracked the window on the passenger side and turned around to inform the worker about the water and soap in my car. He checked the inside of my car and saw there was a lot of water inside, seats were soaked and my carperts were wet. Jason came out and immediately accused me of having my windows down, I again told him my windows were not down, he insisted that would be the only way water would have gotten in my car. I asked him what was he going to do, he would do the paperwork, doing paperwork is not resolving my problems, he never made any attempt of trying to resolve the situation. I am 79 years old living on social security and I don't have money to throw away with nothing to show for it. Jason was rude and it turned into a heated argument, he walked away and told me to clean it out myself A customer who was there cleaning out his car offered to clean it out for me and the employee also offered to clean it out for me. The customer advised me when I got home to take the mats out and leave it in the sun to dry so as not to have any mole. I thanked the customer for his help. I will never used this service again
