      Their technician, *******************, came by July 6, 2023, to inspect the bee removal. He damaged my fan on the ceiling while he checked the attic.I have been calling them since the day it happened, all they say was the manager, ***************************, will call me back, but I have not received any call from her yet. It doesn't seem like they are willing to fix this problem.

      Hired this company in June 2022 to remove honey bee colony from the eve of my house. I was told the bees would be safely removed and relocated to a bee farm. I was told the Honey and comb would removed and that the area would be cleaned and sanitized and sealed. I was told the work done had a Guarantee of 12 months. When doing toe work they killed a lot of the bees, I had dead bee all over my driveway and yard. They also sealed a lot of bees inside my house. 3 months later there is visible mildew growing in the eve the bee were in and where the work was done. I called the company to tell them and they told me there was nothing they would do. It didn't matter that I paid close to 900 dollars and was told the work done would be covered for a year.

      Business Response /* (1000, 9, 2022/11/10) */ Hi, in 06/10/2022 we did the Bee Removal and I'm uploading the pictures of the Removal; the customer called us on September 26th because there were stains on the area that it was done, we sent our Beekeeper and when he made sure there was no honeycombs, the stains were from honey that melted, sometimes when we do a Removal, there's some honey that stays on the walls and since there are no more bees it melts. He was able to clean it and I'm also uploading the before and after picture The customer was satisfied with the job when he left. Please let me know if there's anything else you might need from me

      At the end of October we paid $431 (after negotiationing down from $500) to come find and remove wasps that were getting into our home (around 20 per day, it was clearly a problem). The person who came to service the house only spread poison around our brick and left, never locating and treating any nest. We never stopped seeing wasps. Approximately two days later we called them back to say we were still having a problem. The receptionist would always tell us she was contacted the wasp technician to schedule and would call us back. She never did. We called daily for over a week. Same story. Twice, the receptionist told us we would be scheduled the next day. They would never show. We called back and they said we were never on the schedule to begin with. Finally, the week before Thanksgiving a second person *finally* did show up to treat our still daily wasps. He was slightly more thorough and applied poison into weepholes where there appeared to be activity, still never actively locating a nest. He assured us upon leaving that if we were still finding wasps, they would come back out under the same warranty we were promised the whole time. Wasps were still showing up in our house daily. We called to speak to the manager and ask for a refund. He said we were out of our warranty (which we disagree with based on times they actually had someone come out and actually put us on the schedule). He said he could get us back on the schedule again, and alas, never returned a call or scheduled us. We called again on 12/1 saying its been 6 weeks with zero relief from wasps and we would like a refund. Again, told a manager would call and we never were called. We paid to get wasps removed, never saw any change in frequency, asked for follow up techs, asked for refund after over 12+ attempts to get someone out. 2 discussions with managers and mostly being ghosted by the company
