On November 23, 2021, my husband added a new car to our Progressive auto policy via phone through Mora and Associates. Mr. P**** assisted him and told him adding the new car would cost $245 for the remainder of our policy. My husband paid this amount in full via phone. He was promised a receipt by email but never received one. When we checked our Progressive policy online the following week, we saw that our premium had actually only gone up $80.15 and that only $45 of the amount we paid over the phone had been applied to our Progressive account and Progressive still needed us to pay an additional $35.15 to cover the remainder of the policy. I called Progressive to see what happened. They informed us that we should have only been charged $80.15 and than any amount paid through Mora and Associates should have been applied to our account. When we reached out to Mr. P**** and then Guadalupe M*** (the owner), Ms. M*** did email us back saying she would look into it. This was 3 weeks ago and we have tried following up again and have not heard anything else. We would like to be refunded the $200 we were overcharged.Business response

Client was issued a refunded for service fees and any overages not uploaded to Insurance account.
