      I purchased a stove on 10/21/22 (SKU: FCRE3052AS)The stove came in with dents on all sides and on the top control panel. The delivery person noted it and took pictures.I have, since then, been trying to resolve this issue with no luck. They never offered me a return or exchange option. All the offer is to ship the parts and replace them.They shipped the parts in January, and they were the wrong ones. Since then, I haven't received the new parts yet.The stove is sitting in our warehouse waiting for a solution.The reps don't offer me anything. There's no management available to speak to.

      This is a complaint regarding appliancesconnection.com I ordered a refrigerator on February 23rd, 2023, and on that date, the product was advertised to be shipped by March 1st. However, the product is now giving me a delivery timeline of March 14th-March 23rd. I am moving into a new home without a refrigerator on March 6th and I need it to come sooner. I contacted customer service to cancel the order, but they told me to submit a service ticket via email. The response to the ticket was that I had to pay $375 to cancel the order because it was already in transit. I am waiting for a response on other options to expedite shipping. When I went to the appliancesconnection.com website, the same product I purchased is advertising a shipping date between March 2nd-March 6th as of today. I am not pleased with the communication from this company and the lack of help I have received to understand why my product is delayed. I even asked if I could have shipping expedited, but I have not received a response. I would prefer to receive a full refund without penalty so I can purchase the product from another company that isn't falsely advertising shipping information.

      Comenity/Comenity ************ has reviewed our records and found we have no credit card account with this consumer and feel this should be forwarded to Appliances Connection for assistance.

      On July 7, 2022 I ordered an upright freezer Order# ******* for $1145.86 . Appliance Connection did not have this freezer available so they suggested another freezer of a little higher price. I agreed to the change, however, I have been charged for the first freezer in addition to the second freezer. I would like the charge of $1145.86 for Order#******* removed from my credit card. I called customer service at Appliances Connection ************ and the credit card side of Appliance Connections-Comenity Bank at ************ with no results. They say they only see the new charge for $1221.42 for the new freezer order number ********. So the October statement says I owe $2346.59 which is incorrect. At this point I am getting directed back and forth between these departments unsuccessfully. Any help you can provide would be appreciated.

      Ordered a fridge that was continued to be back ordered, business NEVER told me that it was going to be late, I had to keep calling, order was canceled as I bought a fridge somewhere else. Appliances Connection is still billing me fees. This is not ethical on any level.
