You charged me for a ridge vent which is non existent and a chimney flue repair that is incomplete plus flashing that is non existing. The roof panels are not squared with the roof, they are installed crooked. The ridge cap is composed of short sections of differing junk material. When in the attic you can see sunlight streaming through cracks and joints. There is internal damage to my house from leakage. The attic insulation was disturbed and soaked. You took over thirteen weeks to install. We experienced multiple rain events with an incomplete / partial roof. Roof panels are bent, mangled and caulked into place. There is caulk all over my once clear skylight.per your contract provisions:1. Work was not completed in a professional manner 2. Work was not performed by licensed competent individuals 3. You have not performed in a responsible manner 6. You need to honor your warranty and compensate me for my loss ie. roof replacement.7. You had no work permit.8. We are still cleaning up debris.9. You were paid in full after claiming a complete job. Job remains incomplete.11. The 13 week delay in "completing" the installation was wholly due to you; causing personal stress, inconvenience, lack of sleep by working at night, worry and concern for my property and actual damage to my property.12. Your warranty is for 10 years. I demand a refund in full for $10,965.00 plus by your own estimate $1,800.00 for internal damage making a total of: $12,765.00.I expect remittance immediately in order to correct this situation and prevent further damage to my property which you will be responsible for. I have been taking bids from responsible contractors who will furnish me with statements attesting to your shoddy/incomplete work. ***************************** My wife is suffering. she is allergic to mold.
