High Country Roofing really came through for me!! When our house was damaged by a flood they came and took all the appropriate photos of damage and were extremely helpful in helping us understand what our next steps should be. They worked thoroughly and efficiently to fix the interior of our home so that we could breathe again. Meggie was patient and explained everything to us and worked with our insurance to cover the cost of damages. We had never experienced this before and it was great to have a team who knew what they were doing and alleviate our worries.

August 2020, hurricane Laura devastated the residents of Lake Charles Louisiana followed 7 weeks by hurricane Delta. These 2 natural disasters displaced my elderly mother for 10 months before my mother returned home thanks to Cesar. Cesar used all hands on deck working with me closely via text messages and FaceTime to manage my mother's reconstruction from across multiple state lines. Cesar communicated well, returned all calls, made himself available all times of the day and evening, provided scope of work and materials cost each step and always delivering as agreed.

High Country Roofing did an excellent job with my roof replacement. They were very easy to deal with and Cesar was always professional, responsive and ready to answer any questions I had. The team doing the work was very fast and thorough when doing the job. The end result is first class and we are very pleased. I will be using them for other jobs in the future and I Highly recommended them for your needs.. First class workers.

High Country Roofing replaced my roof and gutters that were damaged during Hurricane Ida. They are licensed and registered in Louisiana and listed with an A+ rating through BBB. My roof was completed quickly using high quality shingles. Meggie made sure that all of my questions and concerns were addressed throughout the process. Alan provided a thorough estimate and monitored the roofing and gutter installation. Omar made sure that I was pleased with the finished product. Everything was expedited on time, their mitigation company was professional, and the restoration crew was timely, skilled and respectful.
