I have had a very hard time with scheduling, due to being a delivery driver and a single parent, I'm never home and my kid is underage for them to come into my home. They charged me and said, oh well we can still come do your service. I'm not paying for a service I never received. Another time, one of the staff was rude on a phone conversation, later in the week I received a call for bed bugs service, I guess they thought that would be funny. Super rude and childish move. Overall the service guys that come out are great most of the time, the staff in the ofc are not the best and some are rude obviously. They shouldn't have people in the ofc doing things too be spiteful to customers. Maybe they are family operated and that may be why nonsense is tolerated on the inside. They will charge you and continue to charge you rather you get the service done or not so be careful. I do no recommend.Review from Elaine M

Buyer, beware: I did a one time flea treatment omg these people are horrible! I spoke to someone on the phone about mosquito treatments. It sounded like a good deal but they didn’t start it for a couple months and I thought OK I’ll call you back. They scheduled me three times without calling me and asking if that date was good for me, they sent me a contract. I didn’t sign it as I wasn’t sure just yet. These people have harassed me by phone leaving messages that I had no choice in the matter and it I didn’t have the money they would bill me later... They are absolutely horrible horrible I do not recommend this company at all under no circumstances do not get involved with these people, horrible horrible experience…. I’d rather shop for a used car, then to ever speak to these people again…. Buyer beware

This customer called the office on 8/7 stating that she never agreed to mosquito service and hung up. We went through our records and located a call from the customer on 5/17 when the customer called into the office and requested mosquito service. The customer was sent to our sales team who provided the customer with options and pricing. The customer agreed and requested that billing/service is completed after the 5th of every month. We have not heard anything from the customer since May. We are happy to help in anyway we can, but we were never able to get in contact with the customer to do so.Review from Timothy H

This review is for the Houston location. Called 6 months ago for a dead tree leaning towards my house. Landscaping guy showed up and took a picture. He said that it wouldn't be a problem and I would get a phone call when they are ready. Never called. A month later, I called for an update. Was told I would get called back. Never called. Over several months I called asking for an update. Every month they never call. Now I am being told to call another company as they don't do the service anymore. If you tell a customer that you are going to do something, get it done. Don't make them wait 6 months before you tell them to go somewhere else. **** **** ***** **** ****** *** ****** * ****** ******* **** ** * ***** ******* I have to call around and try to find someone who can solve this issue for me.
