On 12/14/2023 ABC Home & Comm. Services' Res. Account Manager sold me services to remove rodents from attic and seal entry points. Services would be accomplished in 3 visits. The first visit to seal and set traps. They scheduled 12/20/2023, and they canceled. They scheduled 12/26/2023, and they canceled. They scheduled 12/27/2023, and they canceled.Business response

Unfortunately, ABC had numerous circumstances that prevented us from being able to accommodate the scheduled dates - For this we are truly sorry for the inconvenience it has caused
ABC has spoken to the customer and the service has been scheduled again - The initial service was done on the 28th of December and a live animal was removed on the 30th of December - ABC has another follow up scheduled to evaluate if any addition work, or trap checks, need to be done

ABC servied my house back yard in the past. The service was canceled. The driver still showed up i told him they were no longer needed. an invoice came in the mail last month, i called they corrected it. This month i get another invoice for a service that never happened. and they expect me to pay it. I will not be payng for a service that was canceled months ago.Business response

ABC's accounting team has moved this invoice off of the account - A credit has been issued and the customer should not receive any more billing invoices regarding this matter
