  RV park advertises hot showers, bath house, WIFI which are included in the rate agreed upon. WIFI is non existent in the area in which we were placed. Electric was turned off which rendered WIFI not usable. We were told after the hot showers and bath house were closed and locked that there would be no availability due to electric being shut off. Not only is this false advertising but no notice was given prior to these services being shut off. We were told we could go somewhere else. RV parks fill up fast and it is not easy to just pack up and move.

  On the evening of May 17th we had a tree fall and break one of the electricity lines in the park. 19 sites were effected (Not that of the  guest in question) by the downed tree, along with our second Wi-Fi tower and supply to the bathhouse. Due to the sensitivity of the situation we had to have the tree carefully removed from downed electrical cables and 30amp/50amp boxes (That were damaged). All guests, whose RV sites were effected, were relocated to other sites throughout the park so that no RV was without Electricity.
  
  Ordering of the new cable, electrical boxes and other supplies took 3 days and therefore all guests that were effected where moved to other sites.
  
  Our Wi-Fi was down until electricity could be supplied to the leg that was damaged. Also the bathhouse power was on the damaged leg so electricity to the bathhouse was also down. Due to the fact that lack of lighting in the bathhouses was absent we choose to close them to avoid slip and fall accidents that could have easily occurred due to lack of correct lighting.
  
  We sympathize with all our guests that were affected at the time, unfortunately we had no control over the act of god tree fall that occurred but expedited the order and repair as quickly as deliveries within the area would allow.
  
  All other amenities at our park were readily available for use by both the complainant and other guests, such as:
  RV Site Electricity
  RV Site Water
  RV Site Septic
  Laundry facility
  Pool
  Spa
  Dog Park
  Park Store
  Propane fills.

  I am rejecting this response because: we paid full fee and wish to have refund processed.  We disagree with downed tree on power line story as there were no storms during our stay.  This park is poorly maintained and in need of massive repairs.
