On December 1st 2021, I had an appointment to cancel my **************** Plan (ESP), my Preventive Maintenance Plan (PPM), and my Tire plan. I filled out the paperwork and was given a time frame of 2-4 weeks. Call again on December 31 2021 and was told it could take up to 6 weeks. January 20, 2022 spoke to the same person who was going to look into the matter and call me back. Failed to call back. A few telephone calls later I did received a partial refund of $2619.00 on February 7, 2022, which leaves a balance of $1601.00. Since February 7, 2022, I have spoken to the same person at this Harley ******** dealership and keep getting the "Let me check and call you back". Here are the dollar amounts that should be refunded per my paperwork: ESP - ******** $2125.00 Tire - ******** $611.00 PPM - $1484.15Business response

************** contacted the store about getting a refund on some finance products he purchased. We processed these cancelations and sent 2 separate checks to the financial institution. He tried on multiple occasions to reach our team member who pushed these through for him with no response. This prompted him to reach out to BBB. Upon receiving notification about this situation I reached out to our accounting number and got a tracking number for these checks. One was received and the other one showed to have been delivered but was never deposited. I called ************** and apologized for the inconvenience and voided the original check and sent a new one to the bank. We spoke with the bank on Friday and it had been submitted and was completed.
