This company mislead me regarding the materials I purchased and how they could be used, along with doing a sub par job of installing everything purchased. Everything that could go wrong, from start to finish, did go wrong. They assumed no responsibility in their misinformation and poor workmanship. Instead, they made me feel as if I was too picky and that I should accept all of their mistakes. They are manipulative and an absolutely horrible business to work with. I live with the numerous mistakes they made everyday in my kitchen and I still cant believe that I paid them a huge amount of money for the terrible job that they did. The experience I suffered with them has been the worst experience I have ever had in dealing with any company that provides a service to a client.Business response

Here at Tukasa Creations we work around the clock to ensure the satisfaction of our customers in all
their experiences here. Whether that be within the design, ordering, and installation processes.
Tukasas sales representatives work lengthy hours with customers to ensure that their vision comes to
fruition. Per your experience, we apologize that we relayed misinformation on a new product about the
way we believed the back splash could have been installed. At the time of installation, Tukasa,
continuously communicated several options that we made accessible to you. You may recall, our
conversations offering you the opportunity to return the items, and the ability to select another
material. With your approval, Tukasa continued with the installation then it was brought to our
attention that the wrong grout color was used, and the faucet was misplaced. Tukasa offers warranty
that covers mistakes made on installation, so we did not hesitate to correct the issues immediately.

I am rejecting this response because:With regards to the response from TuKasa Creations, their reply is riddled with incorrect information. My wife and I were NEVER offered the choice of refusing the backsplash material and offered a new selection. My wife was repeatedly told that it was custom ordered and not able to be returned. She even went to TuKasa and spoke in person with our salesperson and was told it could not be returned. Zero compensation was offered and we were basically told we had to live with it. With regards to the faucet drill holes and misplacement, even after the salesperson and the installer noted that they were improperly placed, they basically shrugged it off and unscrewed the faucet and tried to wiggle it over some and then convinced me it was fine. I was never given any resolution regarding that situation and figured the only way to fix it was to have it all ripped out and re-done and did not want to go through that at that timeand that was just our thinking, they never offered to do that because they never admitted it was not properly done. To clarify and set the record straight, Tukasa had never offered any compensation for any of their work and the salesperson never even came out to see the final results of the remodel.
