This company doesnt allow internet payments. The only way to make your payment is to call them on the due date and make a payment. The issue is the toll free number online is not in service and the local number no one answers. This goes on for weeks; then they report that you have late payments to the credit score companies. The ************** office employee stated they downsized and shes the only employee so you just have to keep calling. They shouldnt be allowed to report to the credit bureau that people miss payment, nor should they be allowed to install a device that wont allow your vehicle to start because of missed payments.Initial Complaint

I had a vehicle loan with Colt Financial that I paid off early. I contacted them and they advised me that it would be four to six weeks and I would receive the title. It has been more than eight weeks and still no title. I have tried calling them several times and they do not answer their phone. I have also tried e-mailing them with no response. What is going on? Is this company a scam? We were going to sell our car but now we can't without a title. The car was completely paid for more than eight weeks ago and we can't do anything with it. Colt financed vehicle purchased March 2021 through **************** Employees are not available during posted business hours to receive payments. This goes on for weeks. Then with no notice vehicle is turned off for nonpayment. This has happened multiple times.
