      _Transaction date December 12 2023 _ Paid $3200 to have my vehicle repaired _Corpus Auto Service checked code on dashboard then gave me price for parts replacement _Issue came back the same that showed same warning code on dashboard again._Corpus Auto Service has not tried to resolve the problem _The receipt they gave me with the same part they charge me twice.

      Corpus Auto Service's top priority is the service and customer experience each customer receives. I understand the matters concerning ************** experience regarding the repairs made to his vehicle. Our priority was to resolve ************** concerns to the repair.  We offered to repair the issue with the vehicle and resolve the matter amicably to which ********** refused and began to threaten regarding posting bad reviews on social media.  ********** did not allow for us to move forward with any additional repairs on his vehicle.

      Furthermore, ********** informed that he then took his vehicle to the Land Rover Dealership Service Center in West ******* to have repairs made to his vehicle.  We contacted the Land Rover Dealership Service Center in West ******* and were informed that a repair ticket was never opened for ************** vehicle which meant no repairs had been made.

      After three failed attempts to repair my car I lost all confidence in this repair shops ability to troubleshoot and repair my car. The car kept burning up a fuse block and finally the alternator. They also knocked a hole in the battery and cracked the air flow sensor housing. The last time I picked up the car it would barely run. Again the car quit running. I took the car to someone else to repair. They found the above problems plus loose connections where the new cable Corpus auto replaced connected to the fuse block. There also was a bad splice in the positive battery cable that was the cause of burning up the fuse block three times. I do not want this company to touch my car ever again.

      I brought my automobile into Corpus Auto on Monday August 1st, 2022 to repair a "check suspension" fault warning light that was illuminating on my dashboard. After having the car in their shop for 2 weeks they said they needed to remove and replace the level sensors, the connector, and the line. I picked the car up on August 12th and paid the merchant $1055.76, including tax for the repair. The shop informed me at the time that if there was any recurrence of the check suspension fault warning light, to come back in to have them troubleshoot it again. After having the car back for about one day, the "check suspension" fault warning light returned, and I brought the car back into their shop. They ran diagnostics on it, but they came up inconclusive, and the shop called me and stated that they had been able to "clear" the warning light. They informed me when I picked up the car this second time to contact them if the warning light returned. A few days later the warning light was consistently coming back on every time I started the car. I was unable to return to the shop until the week of November 7th to have them look at it again. When I did return to the business on November 7th, I left the car with them once again to have them troubleshoot. On Wednesday, November 9th, I called the shop for an update, and they told me that I needed to now have the air suspension compressor replaced as well as a control valve for the air suspension system. When I asked for a cost estimate for these parts and services, I was quoted roughly $1800. I then told them that the repair they made was never done properly, and they told me there was nothing that they could do. I am filing this complaint for the following reasons:1. Although the business did attempt to repair the problem, the problem was never fully resolved - the warning light has consistently appeared on the vehicle since before and after the repairs that they made.2. The warranty on parts and labor is one year
