My truck was painted twice requiring a repaint on both occasions. I moved from the ************** area to *********** *****. I reached out to to local MAACO body shops about the truck needing a warranty paint job. Both location located on *********************** SA and another location in ************* ***** have failed to return my emails and phone requests for updates. I started the warranty claim process in January 2023 and I have awaited 6 months to correct this ongoing concern. I am getting no resolve. I emailed the MAACO warranty email to Corporate, and no response. My truck looks horrible and the paint is failing to protect the sheet metal. I have been patient and have no resolve. I don't want to drive 3 hours back to ************** to the original shop. It is not feasible and the paint job has been poor quality resulting in a required 3rd application. I have reached out the shop being compliant and forthcoming. There has been no solution to my problem. I will have to seek legal resolution if this can not be addressed. I have had 3 vehicles painted at MAACO in the past. This will be the last time I do business with MAACO.Business response

************************ did have his vehicle spot painted at the ************** location and he does have a National Warranty. I have called and emailed him numerous times. This complaint should not reflect my store as I am willing to do the warranty work. If he was here, there would not be an issue. We have offered to meet him halfway to bring his truck back here (which he should not have to do). There is no excuse why the *********** store refuses to repair his truck under warranty. I have reached out to Maaco Corporate and ******* Directors to try to rectify the issue. I have also reached out to the *********** store and I am getting no where with them. ************************ emailed me Saturday and said he was going to call **** back to see if the issue could be resolved. I think it is going to be taken care of at the ************* location. All ************************ was wanting is his truck to be fixed and communication. Communication is the biggest issue.
