I moved in a few months ago and have had constant struggles to just know how much I owe in rent and utilities. They cannot tell me what my utilities are before they are due on the ********** does not notify you regarding what you owe but are quick to send you an email weeks after to threaten you with collections even if you check with the office to make sure you're paid up a few days after rent is due.When payment is given via money order, in office, as online is not an option, they do not put in on record immediately and wait to threaten collections to get it sorted.Unresponsive maintenance and poor condition of the entire complex have been a constant pain. Light can be seen under the doors as they have degraded from decades of use. Exterior light fixtures are dysfunctional. Upon move in, nails were left in the walls from previous tenants. Previous tenants appliances were left for us to deal with as they never followed through with the promise of handling it. Office staff said the only thing they did before move in was sweep.The refrigerator is in the early stages of failing. AC unit did not work upon move in and filter had not been changed in so long it was clogged with dust. AC unit also does not satisfy the requirements of space it is trying to cool and therefore runs for long spans of time.Rat traps and a healthy family of cats should tell you there are plenty of pest problems. Although we keep a clean place, roaches have been a large issue from day one.
