      I signed my lease for 01/01 and the apartments were not ready for move in. Ive been living here for days with no appliances among many many other move in issues. No help from the staff, and when I call the manager said they have other tenants and Ive not got any actual help. Its 01/06 and I still have NO washer or drier that Im paying for on my lease, and I was told today. Even though Im paying for a washer dryer, I now will not have any and I have to go find my own. A 400-600$ expense I was not expecting and they are legally obliged to fulfill because its in my signed contract/ lease and Im paying for it , but manager told me today I just dont get one and theres nothing she can do. I still do t have a key for my back door, I literally cant unlock my place that Im paying for, already paid deposit, ALREADY living there,. There are so so many issue and legal obligations they are not fulfilling and Im getting a lawyer.

      Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention and making us aware of the issues. We apologize for any inconvenience that you have experienced, we have and are continuing to address these issues quickly. Listed below are the repairs and complaints that has been brought to our attention. 

      1.Resident was given a concession of $110.00 for the initial move in date for her being inconvenienced, new washer and dryer has been installed.

      2.Back door locks have been ordered; however, they have been on back order from our vendor for some time now which is why they have not been installed. Back doors have a safety lock on the patio doors currently on all of the units at our community, this was mentioned upon move in to ALL residents upon moving in that we have ordered optional keys for entry use.

      As of January 29,2024, I phoned the resident to follow up on the repairs and installs to make sure the appliances and work requested met her satisfaction and to also, again expressed to her an apology for her feelings toward our community.
