      ************ originally request, last quarter of 2022. I can conclude that his company has dishonest business practices. They will kill your lawn just to upcharge you more to fix it. They claim no contract but if you try to cancel they will add a miscellaneous "visit/service" fee and send you to collections. They will stop by your home unannounced and call it a service visit just to bill you and send it to collections. I spent between $150 t0 $500 and all they did was kill my grass. It's in worse shape then before I used them.

      I (The General Manager) spoke to the customer about his claims. We do not perform seeding services, as he indicated. We also do not charge cancellation fees, as he indicated. The balance due was for a service he agreed to and that was never something he denied. He asked me to remove him from collections process so I did and forgave the balance and he updated his negative and false review.

      I have been a customer with ******************************************* for nearly a year. At the end of May, our front yard began to ***** out, before the excessive heat wave came. I mentioned this via text to a Annabelle ***** 11th), who had reached out to me to see how things were going. To quote, my response began *********** my front yard looks atrocious. It's looked bad for 3-4 weeks." Instead of sending out someone to look at the yard (which is customary for any lawn service company) she was trying to find me a date and a time to meet with a rep. I was out of town for business and told her I wouldn't be available for a week. Aggieland Green prior had NEVER sought a meeting to come fix a problem--they simply notified you that they were going to come out and have a look. I don't think I've ever been home, when they've come to complete a service.Now, I've found that the ***** in my yard, which comprises nearly 70-80% is actually a fungus invasion. On top of scorching temps causing yards to ***** out, I have a fungus spread that could have been dealt with (or at least began to be combatted) 46 days ago. That's nearly 7 weeks ago.This fungus treatment is going to cost me hundreds of dollars to fix, and it comes on the back of pure, unadulterated negligence at the hands of Aggieland Green.A Service that costs nearly $600 annually should not in turn cost the customer extra hundreds of dollars to calibrate and fix. This proves that the initial service is faulty, unsound, and cost the customer more money.
