I was referred to ACE ********************************************* shortly after a car wreck. Before the wreck I was training jiu jitsu 6 days a week, but after the car wreck I could barely breathe, my ribs felt broken, I had a lot of back and hip pain, and I wasn't able to keep up with the training volume that I was before the wreck. After a few weeks of seeing a chiropractor I felt a little better but honestly just assumed I would be struggling with these issues for a long time. Working with ****** was much different than the normal "rehab" I've seen people go through where they do the same workout 3 times a week for a set amount of time and then are suddenly declared healthy again. Every week ****** was asking me every detail about what bothered me or what hurt. He was able to uncover so many smaller issues that I didn't even realize were bothering me. Every week we changed workouts, or adapted exercises. He texted me a few times a week just to check in and see how I was feeling which I really appreciated, because I would normally not want to bother someone with so many questions. After 12 weeks I was released and felt pretty good, I went back to training and kept up with the exercises that I learned. Then out of nowhere I hurt my back again so bad that I could barely walk around. I texted ****** almost in tears because I was sick of being hurt, he got me in the next morning and by the end of the session I actually felt much better. Now it has been maybe two months since I have seen ******, he still checks up on me, and I feel better than I have felt in probably 5 years. I have zero back pain, I have no lingering effects from the wreck, I can breathe again, and I'm back to training **** times a week. I couldn't be more thankful that I got referred to ******, I've never felt like a medical professional actually cared about me until now. I'll be referring anyone I can his way, and I'll be going back any time I get hurt.

After speaking with *********************** at ACE ********************************************** he opened my eyes to the fact that living with muscle tightness and small reoccurring injuries didnt have to be a normal thing. After working with ************** started feeling like my former self, I didnt have to work around certain muscle groups anymore because I was finally fixing the issue. ************** is awesome!!! After an injury at work my mind immediately went to possibly needing surgery and being out of work for way too long. I cant say enough about how great my rehabilitation with ***********************, Physical Therapy was. He listened to my concerns, pains in my knees and foot-plantar fasciitis and what my restrictions are. He completed a full body assessment and created a personalized plan to get me back to 100%. Glutes are important omg so important! After my knee injury I couldnt get my right glute to fire correctly. Oh the hip, back and ankle problems. Just to compensate for one thing not firing correctly. Huge thank you to ****** @acephysperform for seeing what it was. I thought it was combination of knots throughout my right and left leg compensating. Alas it was not, it was in fact my A**
