We had 2 roofers look at our roof after hail storm. Both were difficult to communicate with and very little help with assisting on the insurance claim. Met *************************** when he was helping neighbor with new roof and he jumped in and was a tremendous help. Very responsive, helpful, and his crew did a great job. Working with ****** was a great experience.

I have nothing but positive things to say about Heritage Roofing and my contact *****************************. Many companies have knocked on my door for free roof inspections after a recent hail storm. He is the first I allowed to do so. I trusted him. I wasnt wrong. They knocked it out in a day and the roof looks stunning! Great color. He even took care of the cost of some extra materials needed. The contract was explained well and everything went great without a hitch. I highly recommend Heritage Roofing!

Contacted Heritage, ***********************, to look at a small leak. A worker shows up who I greet and just hands me a phone to talk to a guy named ***** (no introduction, just saw the contact name on the phone) who I explained I wanted a spot to be looked at but no work to be done yet. The guy on site looked uninterested in being there, no greeting, no handshake and then he took the direction from ****** I explained the leak to this worker, showing pictures from inside the attic where there was a soft spot under the shingles (no solid wood board). He was made visually aware of the soft spot. The worker slams the ladder against the house causing damage to good shingles and dents / scratches on the hardi plank, then begins stomping on the roof as he's walking to the spot I pointed out on the first floor. I told him to stop, under no condition do you ever do that, he even appeared to jump a few times. He went to the soft spot and touched it (all that was necessary), feeling the shingles being soft, took pictures, then stomped on the spot creating a damaging open hole in the roof. At that point I yelled to get down and stop. My wife came running out hearing the jumping on the roof (mechanical engineer), and he begin walking away from the spot and stomping new areas. It appeared he was making the issue worse to obligate me to a repair without quoting me the damage. I demanded he get off the roof, and leave. Called another roofer out not mentioning what happened prior, ****** Roofing. ***** was very professional and walked softly inspecting more carefully. They will have my business.To cover this damage I went to ****** and bought some flex seal to cover up the gaping hole they created. I do not recommend them and intend and will speak out in the *** meetings against this contractor.

Heritage come and put a new roof on my house. They broke some of my fascia bord in two places that I replaced because the salesman said that they wouldnt be able to cover that. Also after the shingles where put down the roof looked wavy. I contacted the salesman and he told me that they would eventually lay down once they heat up a few times. My roof still has not been fixed after contacting numerous representatives.

We're very sorry to hear about your experience. Our roofers aim to provide quality roof installation and ensure customer satisfaction. We apologize for the trouble with your roof's condition. Our records indicate your roofing project was completed in 04/2021. Yet, we were only notified of any issues beginning 09/2023. We then re-inspected your roof and found the "wavy" condition is due to the age of the trussing (beam)  and decking structure is what is causing it to look that way. Though, it is still in good stable condition. Unfortunately, your insurance company did not cover ANY truss or decking structures in your claim and you chose not to have those materials replaced yourself even after the issues were brought to your attention. Therefore, you received exactly what you requested of us. We replaced the underlayment, shingles and pipe jacks as per your insurance estimate and signed contract with us. We had roof damage from the ice storm Feb 2023. I called ********************* with Heritage Roofing. He came out to look at our *************** It was a small damaged area but he was prompt and within a 10days our issues were fixed. From the roofers who fixed the roof to the gutter folks that quoted & repaired within 24hrs they all did a great job. Highly recommend anyone needing help call and ask for *****.

Just had my roof done today! **** from Heritage was awesome! Walked me through the whole process, made it so easy! The whole crew worked really hard and it shows! Roof is beautiful! And the bonus is my internet worked after they put it back on the peak! Definitely recommend this company if you want quality work at a fair price!
