National Vendor is a company set up to take advantage of people after a catastrophic event has happened to them. They portray themselves as a company there to help, but they are not. They charged my insurance company ******* for a scanner I could have bought myself for *******. They are also still trying to collect ******* from my insurance for an item they didn't even replace. Very pushy reps that will call you 10 times a day when they want approval from you to replace an item, but if there something you accidentally approved they won't respond to you until that item ships and then they say it's a non returnable item or the order can't be canceled. If they would have responded like they expect you to respond you can cancel the approval. Watch out if you have policy limits, they know what they are and will surely make sure they will get a large chunk of it. Another thing I noticed is that they will depreciate all of your contents "EXCEPT" the contents they are getting paid to replace. Now how can everything you own have a depreciation value unless it's a item National Vendor quotes to replace. For example they say a 1 year old bedroom suit you paid ******* for less than a year ago is only worth ******, yet a china cabinet you have had for 20 years and paid ******* for they are replacing and charging your insurance company *******. I guess they only replace things if they can **** the insurance company for. As for my review, I can prove every word of it and honestly who would make this up.

The inspector at National Vendor told us he was instructed and authorized by ************************* Company to only partial inspect toxic smoke damaged contents that was in my house fire. The NV inspector told us he had been instructed by ***** to perform these partial inspections on dozens of claims the last several months of 2018 and first few months of 2019 saving the carrier millions. ***** uses a biased company ******* to do the initial inspection and lowballs the estimate ignoring damages. I demanded a complete inspection and was promised just that by ***** supervisor but he lied and instructed NV to only partially inspect. The National Vendor inspector said he would put into his report that I requested a complete inspection because of clearly visible damages throughout the house and damages ignored. I asked National Vendor inspector for information regarding my claim but he said he does not have any info on my claim which is absurd. NV should have reported *****s fraudulent instructions or at least refuse to act.I will see to it that ******** IS HELD ACCOUNTABLE!
