Vista Ridge Family Dentistry in ********** ***** recommended a dental sealant for my daughter during a routine cleaning. I agreed to it when they said this is covered by my insurance. During my next visit they said I owed more than $500.00 for this sealant. When I pushed back they said it was my due diligence to know about this coverage. They also said the teeth they sealed were not the one that was covered by insurance. I think they made a mistake when they checked for coverage and assured me it was covered. They should have at least informed me about the possibility of having to pay for this. I expected a more straightforward experience and I didnt get it.Business response
