    Unprofessional Conduct and Predatory Loan Offer from PenFed/Tresl Auto Refinance Representative To Whom It May Concern:I am writing to formally file a complaint against ******************* regarding my recent experience with one of their loan officers during a car refinancing inquiry.After speaking with a PenFed/Tresl representative about refinancing my vehicle loan, I was presented with an offer that appeared to lower my monthly payment. However, upon closer review, the loan terms were objectively worse:A higher APR (7.89% vs. my current 6.77%)A much longer loan term (84 months vs. 50 months)An additional $899 fee for ************* A requirement to lower my insurance deductibles, increasing my premiums by $14/month When I raised these concerns, the loan officer became dismissive and unprofessional. He minimized my research, attempted to justify PenFeds reputation by saying all banks ****, and questioned my current lender **************** despite them having a much higher BBB rating and a solid reputation.I ultimately canceled the application due to the officers unprofessional communication and the clear predatory nature of the offer. I later confirmed that ****** is not accredited by the BBB, holds a 1.19/5 customer rating, and has over 200 complaints - which only validated my decision.This kind of experience raises serious concerns about ******* sales practices and the conduct of its representatives. Consumers deserve to be treated with respect and transparency, especially when making significant financial decisions.I respectfully request that PenFed/Tresl review this complaint and address the conduct of the representative involved. I am open to providing further documentation, including email correspondence, upon request.Sincerely,KM

    Experience working with Tresl was great! Im happy with the end result refinancing my auto loan. Although Im pleased with the terms of the new loan, I wish the rate noted on credit karma actually matched what I ended up getting (credit karma showef half a point lower). Other than that.great experience and my contact at Tresl was fabulous!

    Tresl and savings group!Approved a loan for refinancing through credit karma!For truck $33,580 Paying $912 for 52 more months with current lender!They offered a loan saying my interest rate is lower!Monthly payment 200 lower for 76 ********* the math that's 57 thousand dollars adding 24 months to the term. This place is definitely charging about 70% Interest of the entire loan! Can't believe the BBB backs this!There is no way way I recommend this to anyone!#highway robbery!Keep your current loan you will save ***** grand

    We are a third party who works with a network of lenders to find our customers the best potential offer.     Financing an auto loan worth 33 or 34 thousand is a rip off to your clients! If you want 20 grand after a supposed lower interest rate! Adding more fees to a client to make more than the original lender! It's definitely and y'all know that! If you buy out a loan for $33k like you say a 13 % interest rate would not make the loan 54k paying all 76 payments!My current lender gets 47k for all payments made. How are you actually helping people refinance?Your not doing anything hurting the consumer worst by adding hidden fees and lying about the interest rate

    First of all.I was denied because, of improper information? But the agent on the phone said it went through. Tried to add a co-applicant I got your application through credit karma. They gave me the fields that I filled out in my application. The fields were limited and the questions were baseline and vague, and not at all what the person from your company needed in the phone call, and your form did not allow me to enter accurate information for you. Perhaps you should review your form and account for the information you actually need instead of having the need for me to call you, or for you to call me, otherwise allow people to initiate conversation and scrap the limited form. For instance:I was unable to:Add my proper income.State my actual housing situation Add a co-signer, and their ************** was advertised to me that you were the lender, with the offer, but you are simply a market that sells information.If you could connect me to the lenders you claim to work with, that would be ********* also hit my credit twice, and told me in the application process my co-applicant didnt need this, but on the phone they did. And my intelligence was insulted by the person who simply said when applying for credit both parties are checked, thats just how it works I know thats how it works. But the application process said the opposite. And I am insulted?The person on the phone said I was a likely candidate and that I would be told my approval soon, and the rates. Then? I get this email. If you were going to decline me, your agent should have said so. If your agents are unable to do their jobs with a customer they should know their limits and pass it to someone else who is capable, and respectful. Second of all, I live in *****Youre ***** based.Why did I get your ad?
