Purchased several times from ************ aka Health Ranger Store, *******************' store. However, ****** Customs always subjected my orders to duties and other fees which made the total cost 3x the cost of a local shop. The products were nothing special, just too expensive for me. Recently, I signed up for *******************' Brighteon content platform. Did not get paid. Received an email claiming I'm not getting the 70% of the proceeds of my videos which I priced from $3 to $100 each, approximately; despite my dashboard showing thousands of paid-for views. The video on Bitchute, and Ugetube have the hard numbers and proof that ******************* payment denial does not pass the smell test.********************************************* found out that ******************* has content farms ..In The Daily Beast and ****** ( .ca)Since ******************* has been exposed by these sites already, I won't add repetitious text here. Also, see *************************************************** ******************************************************************

First part of the complaint: The issue with shipping costs to ****** and the additional costs of duties and fees.  As you are aware, a ** based store does not  determine or control the duties/fees a country assesses on imported items.  We can only offer various shipping methods to our ******** customers, so they can select what works best for them.  While some are more expensive, they typically offer expedited delivery.  So it really is up to the customer which shipper they want to use.   As for duties and fees, we have clearly stated on our site that we are not responsible for what is charged at customs. You can read that here:   Health Ranger Store When a customer submits their order, they are agreeing to these terms.  In addition, this customer has not placed an order with us since 2017 and at no point has he ever reached out to us for clarification, assistance or resolution.

      Second part of the complaint in reference to his payments 'owed'.  The content creator published 27 premium videos with price ranging from $2.99 to $175 and while the videos gained some views, the total sales is only $74.35 for 1 video purchase.  He has been informed that the platform does NOT pay for views but only for actual purchases of his videos.  He can see the total sales on their account dashboard.  As per our premium video terms and conditions, again he agreed to this when he signed up.  *********************************************************************;
I am attaching screen shots that shows the sale amount and the item purchased.
      ****************************
      ****************************
The seller can withdraw their earnings on the last day of each month, for the purchases made during the previous month, once the balance reaches the minimum of $100. Again stated in our terms and conditions.

Lastly, as for his links and comments on other sites, that is not a site we own so I can not comment on that other then it looks to be a video he created himself, then cut and pasted his comments to you.

We do our due diligence to make sure terms are clear for our content providers.  We also offer an email and phone number for any concerns or questions so we can clear up an issues prior to the partnership.  Unfortunately, it seems this client was not understanding the terms he agreed to when he signed up.   Please let me know if you need anything else from me.  I appreciate your attention in this matter.

      Complaint: 19937626

I am rejecting this response because:

I am a content creator.  Fyi, ***** owes me appriximately $45K for my content created  for his Brighteon.com video site.  Yes, *******************, Health Ranger Store founder, failed to pay for my Premium Videos at his Brighteon platorm:
      The proof is here...
      ***************************************************************************************************************************************
      ******************************************************************************************************

My VODs' monetization metrics are here:

      ***************************************************************************************

He's about to open a university, too!  Why do you support this self-proclaimed "Healh Ranger", a serial-scammer,  who has been vilifying (falsely maligning):
      1. Asians foods, products, then,
      2. Progressive and woke persons, and lately,
      3. Latino immigrants,

.. in order to profit from the fear-of-the-hour, racist division, to sell -
      a.  his foods, and "prepper" gear
      b.  ads on his news network,
      c.  and coming next, tuition for his newly-created Brighteon University.

      ******************************* has been a serial-scammer since Y2K.
THESE ARE WELL-RESEARCHED EXPOSES ON *****:
      (1)  *******************, Health Ranger, considers protein powders with lead levels 3x higher than the levels observed during the *****, ******** drinking water crisis as being perfectly safe.   ******************* isnt the Health Ranger, he is the Fraud Ranger.
      *******************************************************************************************
      (2)   ***************************************************************************************
      (3)  *****************************************
      (4)  ****************************************************************************************
      (5) **************************************************************************************************************************

But why am I telling you this?   Because ***** is wrong -- my 100%-instrumented tests (published in the Premium Videos section of Brighteon) show that Asian and ***** foods, products,  are much much healthier and safer.  So, ******************************* is using racist fear to sell Health Ranger Store foods!  See my tests...

I learned of *****' serial-scams while looking for his address in order to sue ********** Jaw-dropping info about ***** exists on TruePeopleSearch, where is addresses and phone numbers are easily traceable, to obviously "front" operations and judgment-proof assets, registered in to PO boxes, in ******.  Street Views of his PeopleFinder addresses state *****' current residence is in a strip mall, inside a tea or print shop.  *****' non-profit is not registered with the *** according to one researcher.  Its address is a chiro's clinic.  Its phone number is Health Ranger Stores'.   *****' "publisher" is a "bookstore"  that has no discrenable operation.  A business-report alleges Health Ranger Store has one employee, with a gross revenue under $30K annually.

***** owes me, ***** the Magician in Vanvouver - this cell number is in all my videos.
      **************
FYI, my claim against ***** has been vetted, approved, and published by Trustpilot, SiteJabber, RipoffReport, Manta, etc.
