I have been a loyal customer of this establishment for many years, however when a new member of the Castroville quick lube team drained my transmission fluid instead of my oil I am now taking business elsewhere and I have had to pay for a new transmission. When I brought my situation to management they said they needed to send the information to the owner. When I told the owner my story he said he would look into it. That was almost a month ago. I am a mother of 4 who was sent in an unsafe vehicle with her children, a teacher who has had to leave her students without a due to the failed attempt to fix my car, and now I've paid over $8K to replace a transmission that should have been done by this business's insurance company. My calls and emails continue to be dodged and nothing is being done about any part of the situation, and if it is then none of it has been communicated to me.
