    These people have yet to reach out or refund me my money for a vehicle I did not leave with. I havent heard from them, they wont answer the phone or return any emails and I paid a deposit for a vehicle I did not get to leave with and they still have not returned my amount. Its almost going on 2 months and this is ridiculous! If I could leave -5 stars I would!

    Absolute WORST experience I've had at a dealership. I drive 200 miles down the road and got the guarantee from ****** that I was going to be put into the car I wanted. I got to the shop everything was going smooth until he kept coming at us with obstacle after obstacle on getting the car. We overcame every obstacle he threw at us but he just kept coming with more obstacles. Then he started doing the whole salesman run around where he kept leaving us to sit there as time went by. Then he came and offered other cars for me to choose from I politely said no. Of course I expected this sales tactic but I let it play on anyways. The car was held for my days prior after if put in my application. He offered to hold the car for me for a week if I put down a deposit. I agreed to put down the account he asked for, but miraculously he told me the car was sold as soon as I agreed. Crazy right? I've been approached the manager on site and politely asked him what happened and he told me he was busy and to wait in the lobby. I'd lovely walk to the lobby and waited, and waited, and waited but he never showed up. ****** eventually came back to me and still couldn't have the decency to give me a proper explanation of why I wouldn't be getting the car and also didn't give me any details on how I could acquire the car.     ***** this dealership at all costs. Sold my wife a vehicle with issues. I told the salesman I would fix a few of the issues because we live over a hour away. Now it has ac issues and my 11 month old son with respiratory issues who cant be exposed to excessive heat has to ride in this vehicle. Tried to talk to the salesman (******) to see if they could help us out as it had issues the day after we purchased and I fixed most of the problems. Never heard back. Also Its been a month now and Im still getting calls from my old bank about making a payment for the vehicle I traded in a month ago! Good luck getting ahold of anyone up there. If they dont want to deal with you they pickup the phone then quickly hang up on you. Then if you do get ahold of anyone they tell you they will call you back. But dont hold your breath because they wont. Worst dealership my wife and I have ever dealt with.

    Do not buy here, this place its a complete scam Purchase a 2013 *** 328i Missing engine components, oil leaks Check Engine light was deleted or cover with cluster, Vehicle most likely could not passed inspection so that most had been bought fraudulently.Try to speak to them regarding the issues, but this people dont care as they already got what they wanted which is your money.Once again do not buy here You will retreat it

    This is the review I wrote a month ago!And I should've!PLEASE READ!Carchoice help me out with purchasing my new *************, l would recommend this dealership! Thank you'll Review for CARCHOICE I purchased my ************* from CARCHOICE a month ago, and I urge anyone considering buying from them to proceed with caution and ensure you get the car thoroughly inspected by a trusted mechanic before finalizing the purchase. Heres my experience:At first glance, the car looked immaculate. The exterior appeared newly painted, and everything seemed perfect. However, after washing the vehicle, I discovered nicks and scratches all over the car that had been hidden under the surface. Additionally, the cars performance started to show serious issues shortly after I purchased ********: Ive already had to replace all four tires.Overheating: The car overheated on the highway, leaving me stranded.Alignment and Steering: I had to replace tie rods (inner and outer) on both the left and right sides, which required extensive labor..Coolant Leak: There was a coolant leak caused by a faulty thermostat housing, which required a full replacement and a pressure test to fix.These repairs have already cost me a significant amount of money, which is unacceptable considering the price I paid for the car. I found out they inflated the price, and the vehicle required far more work than what was disclosed at the time of purchase.Additionally, when test-driving the car, I recommend driving more than just around the lot or a nearby block. Test it on highways and for a reasonable distance to identify any potential performance issues.Its disappointing to know that dealerships like CARCHOICE sell vehicles with undisclosed problems, leaving buyers to deal with the consequences. We work hard for our money, and its unfair to be misled like this.I strongly advise anyone buying from them to get a professional inspection and double-check every aspect of the car.

    I purchased a 2015 ***** Tahoe from these people I travel there several time to check the vehicle out, I test drove it but it was very quick where he took me, I was trying to let the gentleman get the sale he seem to be a good guy!!! So on the day of the pick up they stayed in the office without telling us anything they just let us sit there while they all crowded in the office, finally they came out an ask for the check so I signed and gave it to them like everything was good so he gave me the keys and my paperwork and I got in the truck and drove it back to ********* so the third day I had the truck I was driving to work and it just started shaking so I pulled over and my girlfriend came and we call certified Chevrolet guy to come out an look at the truck he called me at work because they had to tow it he told me that the truck had been ran hot before I got it !!! It was no water in raidiator and it didnt have any oil in it , so more news when he call an said I need to replace the motor in the vehicle. The certified mechanic also said that they used some sort of product to make truck run good so nothing would show on dash I got no light or anything from dashboard!!!! So Im a God fearing person and I think it was just wrong that they knew this , its crazy i tried calling and would get no answer , but it will catch up on them ???????? I dont think they need a whole star but oh well !!!

    I rest drove a car on Saturday, 10/5/2024. I went to purchase the vehicle the following Friday. During the drive home the air conditioning stopped blowing cold air. I contacted my salesman, ****** immediately, and he informed me he was contacting management. I never heard back from him. I texted back Saturday morning and he directed me to call management. I spoke with *****. He told me he would set up an appointment for Monday or Tuesday to drop the car and have it looked at. I drove the car Monday and tried contacting ****** and ***** 2 times with a commitment they would call me back. They never did. I had to call each time Monday to get a hold of management. This is when I knew it wasn't going to go well. I finally got ***** on the phone around noon Monday and he said he could get me in Tuesday morning. I said "great!" I can drop it off today, and just call me in the morning after you look at it. I dropped the car off and handed him the key personally. ***** did call me back Monday night to let me know he hadn't forgotten me. Tuesday morning I received a text from my salesman, ******, that i needed to come get the car because ***** no longer worked there, and now they don't have a mechanic. That's convenient. I proceeded to speak with the new manager in charge, *****, who informed me that I was never authorized to drop the car off and they are not responsible for the repairs. I asked for his General managers contact info or if he would have him contact me. ***** stated he would not do this, and I would need to call back later. This is a shady business. I get a commitment, then I get told i'm screwed. Sorry. When i went to purchase the car it wasn't even at the dealership. ****** had taken it to get cleaned and it took 30 minutes for him to get the car back. When we got it back there was set of jumper cables in the back seat??? When asked why, they never responded. What happened to m car while it was getting cleaned? DO NOT BUY HERE!!

    AWARE!!!! We got this truck 2012 2500 **C Diesel 2 1/2 weeks ago when we first drove it it ran smoothly. My husband took it to work that day when he came home it was getting dark he realized the headlights didn't work at all. Also, the check engine light came on. The truck started saying it was going to reduce power in 100 miles or so to 65mph. So the next day I called the lady who sold us the vehicle and she said to take it Monday. So I take it Monday and they kept it until the next day, which is fine as long as they fixed it. They called for us to go pickup because it was ready to go. When I pick up the check engine is still on and at this point it says reduce power in 17miles. The manager says not to worry nothing will happen that it was showing that because we must have put regular gas in instead of Diesel which is not true the first thing we did was fill up with Diesel at quick trip by our house and I told him that. So I'm driving it home and once it hit zero miles to reduce power nothing happened so I figured they were correct. Once I got home , I had to take my son to work. The truck wouldn't go above 65mph and started saying reduce power to 55 in 50 miles . So I tried getting a hold of car choice again and could not speak to anyone besides the sellers. So we go and pay $1600 to fix it. This is only day 5 of bringing home the truck. Finally, I was able to speak with the ** about getting the sensor changed, which was the reason why the check engine was on. I was told to take it on Tuesday, which I did, and was told that the mechanic wasn't back from vacation. I was told to take back today which is Wednesday. *** the ** called to tell me the sensor they had wasn't the correct one that they need to order it. Also, we had to change break pads. Now the truck won't drive above 30mph because it looks like the transmission went out on it. It cost us $4500 to fix transmission and we had to get the sensor too. *** never called back. Never contacted me about tags.

    Do not buy a vehicle there.i repeat ,do not buy any vehicles there.Just want something minor fixed.a radio to work . I had been taking it to CarChoice 3 different times in a 2 month ************ was always an excuse or no one knew what was going on with my vehicle. I was told all three times it was fixed but to no avail. I am left with a vehicle that had no radio & other problems as well.

    I purchased this car on April 1st 2024. I didnt even make it all the we home before the car was losing power and wouldnt accelerate and was shaking.The next day it would not start at all.The dealership had it towed back to the dealership on 04-04-2024.I was call on the 11th telling me the car was now fixed so I picked it up. On the 14th it started having the same problems and would not start or anything at all. They again had it towed this time to ********** Repair in ****** on 04-19-2024.I received a call stating that the car had been repaired and was ready for pick up on 04/27/2024.I went on the 27th to the shop to pick it up and they told me they had replaced the battery and the alternator.Not even before I got out of the parking lot the screens for the radio and the camera were not working.I then waited for an hour for that to be fixed. Almost by the time I got home I noticed the steering was shaking and making a noise that it had never made.The next day on the 28th it started overheating and smoking from the engine. There was also a sensor warning light showing the hood red and it was overheating. It was also leaking a green fluid.I immediately texted pictures and called *** which whom I have been dealing with over the course of my purchase. I have yet to receive any call or text back after many attempts on my end. Ive been texting and calling them since the 28th and still have not received a response. On 05-01-2024 the light came on stating that the alternator wasnt charging the battery. I have also asked many times to just take the car back and let me have my down payment back since the 1st when it started breaking down the first time.*** informed me that the owners said that was not possible and that they would fix it but its just been broke over and over since the first time it broke down. It's now sitting in my driveway again and won't start.
