I called TGIF Fridays ********** ******* location because my father placed and order on Uber eats but forgot to add something. Fine human error. I called them to edit the order and was told by ***** the manager in charge at the time that hed cancel the order. Fine with me, of course its Saturday and the restaurant is busy but as a manager ***** shouldve paid attention to me when I told him it was a Uber eats order as he isnt able to cancel them only door **** orders can be canceled by him. I stated more than once it was Uber eats and he proceeded to rush me off the phone. I asked him how would I know if you canceled the order because Id like to reorder the correct order and he wasnt paying me any mind, I asked him if he was listening to me and trying to help he responds yea Ill cancel your door dash order. I said to him that the order was placed through Uber eats he said oh Im multitasking youre going to have to contact them. How is this management, if hes so busy why isnt there any staff to actually answer the phone and help since hes so busy. I was on the phone with him for 3 mins and 26 secs and he assured me hed cancel the order, an order that he cant cancel be cause its a Uber order. Now Uber eats is charging me because the order was in progress already. I asked him for his boss but ******* isnt working today.
