This website sold me multiple items knowing they did not have it in stock. When I emailed asking why my order has not shipped a week later, they did not say. They only told me to "wait patiently".GOTRAX Response

************* they took my money but refused to send my order because of some stupid verification process they neglected to mention before taking the money out of my account, over 1000$ no less. their not allowing me to cancel my order on the phone so there policy is apparently just take the money and give you nothing in return. These guys will NOT respond to get either a refund or replacement. ******* stopped working after a couple of days. Cant get them to respond via email. I called, they said theyd respond in 48 hours. *******. What a waste of time and money. Scammers to say the least. Ill save the rest of my wordsGOTRAX Response

Horrible Company. The scooters requires constant repairs. The parts department often ships the wrong parts. **************** is terrible. If you order an item and it does not ship or you cancel before the item ships, GoTrax will drag their feet for weeks to refund your purchase. They will make you call and email multiple times before taking any action. It appears that they are purposely charging customer's credit cards for orders they never intend on shipping. Maybe they are low on operating cash. I have had to file complaints with the BBB, ******************* and Texas ************************* over their fraudulent business practices.GOTRAX Response

The GoTrax customer service and warranty department left a lot to be desired. We bought two scooters as Christmas presents for our children, but due to living in the Northeast, they only started using them in early April. Just two weeks later, both scooters had holes in the back tires. When we contacted GoTrax, they informed us that the tires were not covered under warranty and needed to be replaced, at our cost. After receiving the replacement tires, we took the scooters to a local bike repair shop. While one scooter's tire was successfully replaced, the second scooter had a stripped bolt holding the tire in place. Despite multiple attempts by my husband, who is quite handy, we couldn't remove the bolt. We reached out to the warranty department for assistance via email, but despite being told we would receive a response within ***** hours, we never heard back. The only available live contact was through customer service, who could only relay messages to the warranty department as they did not accept phone calls. There was no way to escalate the issue within customer service. Despite numerous calls being made, the response was always the same: "We will forward the message to the warranty department." This proved ineffective as there was no response. Frustrated, I eventually contacted Amazon about the problem, and they were able to issue a refund. If looking at this scooter I would consider purchasing from a more reliable company.GOTRAX Response

This is the absolute worst company I have ever bought anything from. I bought an electric scooter for my son to take to school 4 miles each way with a range of 15 miles on each charge. After 7 months he could not make it back home after school before the battery would die. I filed a warranty claim with them and they said there is only a 6 month warranty for the battery. They do NOT allow me to speak to anyone about it, I could only go through correspondence through email. The only thing they offered me was 10% off a new battery costing $164. The scooter cost me $375 to buy brand new. Shortly after this both tires went flat and the valves both went inside the tires do I couldnt pump them up! This scooter is an absolute piece of junk! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY! The products are garbage and the customer service is even worse. ZERO STARS!GOTRAX Response

Stay away from this brand at all costs. Bought a $500 GoTrax ultra flex model in December 2023. After assembly it wouldnt work due to a mechanical issue they had not bothered noticing before they shipped it to me. After sending a replacement a month later I get a flat tire when it was still under warranty, they refused to send a replacement tire let alone a new scooter as a solution to compensate me for the trouble Ive had with it. Ive had to buy tubes from Amazon to replace the tires because GoTrax refused to service it let alone even sell the parts required to maintain it whenever its had issues. At this point its been a hit or miss using this scooter & having to replace the parts or tires every month. Not worth spending an upwards of $500 on this brand along with the occasional maintenance it apparently needs every other week or so. I urge anyone looking to buy an electric scooter to buy from a more reputable brand than this POS brand!GOTRAX Response

Poor product quality - no customer care once they sale the product....ZERO STARS I bought an electric scooter for my son as his birthday gift, the scooter worked initially and suddenly stopped working, i am working with their customer service team for last 6 months, without any resolution. They keep on asking me to change different parts (trial and error), which i did and the ******* still does not work. Don't waste your month with Gotrax product, they don't stand behind their product quality. I would not recommend anyone to buy their product.GOTRAX Response

DO NOT BUY A GOTRAX the company is trash. Not only will they not help us in our situation but don't have the information we need. My sister was riding her bike, she's had it maybe 3 weeks now. Same route everyday! This is an all terrain bike with ***********. ****, not the case. The tire popped today! Then in the process I walking this heavy a** bike to her job. Two A******* ran up and stole her freaking bike! She hasn't even had it 30 days! She has a warranty but it doesn't cover loss of bike or theft. It literally covers NOTHING! they don't have her serial number or info on the bike to give to the police. They are utterly useless and unhelpful Do not purchase a gotrax
